The hotel overall was good ..i worked at 2 hotels before..I noticed the breakfast was not the best . One day there was just bread to eat at 8 am. THE next day there was packaged muffins . We had to go out for breakfast each day ..If the owner wants excellence he needs to work on that ..zthe hotel was nearby the beaches we visited all weekend .

The only you would say that was not great was breakfast came down at 8:30 and there was nothing left really other than that our stay was excellent

Staff was nice, hotel was old and not very clean. Elevator was dirty, my room wasnt the cleanest. The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast wasnt the greatest. They ran out of meat and eggs before breakfast was over, but did not replenish the them. I would give the overall stay a 2.5 out of 5.

Hotel needs Tobe updated and pricing does not reflect the guilty here ... Have been staying here for almost 2 .5 months .. Only reason I'm still here is because of my job being 6min away .. Hotel need more development.

The property is very run down. Our room was not very clean and we could not get it cleaned. After the second night we left. We will hopefully get a refund for the days we couldn’t stay and have initiated this complaint.

My room was OK Appreciated having couch, microwave & refrigerator. Working A/C Working Elevator Minimalist Breakfast Filthy Elevator Obvious no maintainance anywhere Never seen a cleaners cart Wasn't told there was no housekeeping unless requested when I checked in. I found this out when I told desk I do need housekeeping as I can make my own bed and I had enough towels to get me through my stay. Still, notification is usually given at check-in about housekeeping services...not here !! Everything furniture, plumbing need replacing. Most of the USB chargers in room DO NOT WORK. A phone in the room that is dead. (We're talking old plug-in) It doesn't need to be in the room anymore. Comcast TV does not have my ABC stations that I am used to watching in Arizona. Food crumbs were found under the microwave. I moved it to the other side of the counter so it could be cleaned. The coffee tray and ice tray have never been cleaned. When I took out the garbage bag a couple days ago. The bottom of the basket was horrible. So upon leaving I thought I'd help them out. I put the wastebasket, the ice trays and the ice container into the tub with water so that they will clean them. I am also unplugging the refrigerator and putting my dirty towels down to catch the water so that the refrigerator gets defrosted. The closet doors were askew and if I tried to move them they tilt it as if they were to fall. All it took was reaching down and putting the wheels in the proper tracks. I don't know why that couldn't have been taken care of. Of course the tracks are so full of dirt, crumbs, etc. They've never been wiped out or vacuumed. A total. Shame how this place is kept. NEED I SAY MORE?? EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE WEEDS GROWING BETWEEN CRACKS VERY UNLEVELED SIDEWALK. PERSONALLY THE WHOLE PLACE IS A TEAR DOWN .

After I reported these issues, the staff moved us to a complimentary upgraded room. While it was slightly larger and in somewhat better condition, it still had a noticeable musty or unpleasant smell. During our stay, we also noticed that several rooms on our floor were completely sealed off. Although we don’t know the reason, seeing multiple rooms closed made us even more concerned about the overall condition of the property. Ultimately, we decided to leave because we no longer felt comfortable staying there due to the condition of the rooms and our health and safety concerns. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to provide any refund, despite the significant issues we encountered. I understand that problems can happen, but guests shouldn’t have to choose between staying in a room they don’t feel is safe or losing their money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very outdated. Broken ceramic between the bathroom and the carpet floors my boyfriend cut his toe. Try to get some coffee at 9 AM. The guy at the front desk told me it is over and refused to get me any help for more coffee. Was not very friendly at all. The pool was absolutely filthy and shut down. Smelled like mildew throughout the entire hotel, poor location property taking over by weeds absolutely terrible stay

Room was clean, but the motion light detectors kept turning on even when there was nothing to detect. Lights kept turning on for no reason.

The exterior of the property was very run down. The parking lot was crumbling and full of potholes, and the landscaping was dead and poorly maintained. We assumed the building was simply older and hoped the inside would be better. Unfortunately, the interior was not. The lobby and hallways had a musty smell that seemed to be covered with a strong cologne or air freshener. Check-in was average. The hallways were dirty, some guest room doors had plastic taped over them, and the elevator smelled like dirty mop water and looked as though it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. When we entered our room, it was hot, humid, and smelled like dirty clothing and dirty mop water. I turned on the air conditioner, but it made unusual noises and only blew warm, unpleasant-smelling air. The beds were poorly made, the top bedding had visible stains, and the white pillowcases had a noticeable yellow tinge where guests' heads would rest. The furniture was also very worn and in need of replacement. We decided not to stay and checked out immediately to find another hotel. The front desk employee did offer us a different room, but we declined because the overall condition of the property made us feel another room would likely not be any better.

Bed was comfortable. Close to where I needed to go Very very Very very dirty. Changed rooms. The first room was down right nasty. Stuff all over the bed. Changed rooms. Under the mattress cover were stains on the bed. We were checking for bed bugs. Good thing we didn’t find any. There were pee stains around the toilet. Exhausted we dealt with it. There were rooms blocked off with plastic and zipper doors. Maybe a leak or damage but that’s what they do when they find bed bugs which was why we were checking for them. It was both floors we were on 2 and 4 on the same side of the hall. The hallways, elevator. Everything was so dirty. Didn’t even eat there because it was filthy there too.

I didnt even stay at this filthy Motel because its definitely not a HOTEL, and they wouldn't refund me my money

Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.

Everything besides the location. Hotel was filthy. Common areas were disgusting. Room itself was also extremely dirty. Condom and mounds of dust behind TV. Toilet was dirty, had to clean it myself. Fridge hadnt been cleaned. List goes on and on. Bathtub did not drain well at all. It was all just gross. Breakfast was very minimal. Yes the room was $100 a night but ive stayed at many hotels at similar prices points that were not filthy at all.

Their Br fast remain open until 9am only, which wasn't disclosed on website. The morning shift desk guys was very fuzzy and very rude behavior. He didn't even put final bill in envelope, even after asking for envelope, his answer was " we donot provide envelope". Stay away.

Dirty everything

Slightly run down hotel but thy make the best of it! Rooms were fine, bed was nice, bathroom had no complaints, breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

Clean room, staff was friendly, air conditioning worked great and plenty of parking.

The room was dirty! Floor was not vacuumed; hair all over the bathroom floor and in the corner near the tub and all around the toilet! Towels had stains and was ripped. Sheets did not smell fresh! Ball of hair on the floor when walked into the room!
