Comfort Suites Wixom - Novi

I didnt even stay at this filthy Motel because its definitely not a HOTEL, and they wouldn't refund me my money

Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.

Location was convenient to stores & restaurants Everything besides the location. Hotel was filthy. Common areas were disgusting. Room itself was also extremely dirty. Condom and mounds of dust behind TV. Toilet was dirty, had to clean it myself. Fridge hadnt been cleaned. List goes on and on. Bathtub did not drain well at all. It was all just gross. Breakfast was very minimal. Yes the room was $100 a night but ive stayed at many hotels at similar prices points that were not filthy at all.

Their Br fast remain open until 9am only, which wasn't disclosed on website. The morning shift desk guys was very fuzzy and very rude behavior. He didn't even put final bill in envelope, even after asking for envelope, his answer was " we donot provide envelope". Stay away.

Only location it's close to hwy Very dirty bed sheets are very dirty room carpet was very you can send some one to chk room321. Bathroom was not cleaned. I won't go this place again i won't recommend to any one.

Slightly run down hotel but thy make the best of it! Rooms were fine, bed was nice, bathroom had no complaints, breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

Clean room, staff was friendly, air conditioning worked great and plenty of parking.

The room was dirty! Floor was not vacuumed; hair all over the bathroom floor and in the corner near the tub and all around the toilet! Towels had stains and was ripped. Sheets did not smell fresh! Ball of hair on the floor when walked into the room!

Air not working properly and kids making Noise next door in room 404 .. The price is not commensurate with the accommodations should definitely be lower and this is not a 4/5 my star Hotel .It's outdated and needs updating. It has potential if they would spend the money to make the proper changes , It is an average stay for me with the current conditions .

How close the stores and restaurant was Want to charge another 150.00

Hotel was very worn down and not very clean. Bath tub backed up while showering and the shower pressure was poor because the bath faucet leaked. One light fixture in room had no cover, just a bulb. Security lock on door was broken and missing. Sheets were threadbare. Wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Great location. Accessible. Centrally located. Room was big. TV Small. WiFi in & out. Under renovations; Carpeted fire exit? Fire Exit blocked open on ground floor. Broken outlet at breakfast? Overall good value and I will be back.

Proximity to where I needed to be Breakfast was really bad. All I really wanted was some milk and OJ and both were completely empty at 8 am

Clean. Quiet. Convenient for my event. I would stay here again.

It was in a great location The hotel was completely outdated. Seemed like most of the things in the hotel barely worked. Elevator, beds, the rooms seemed half cleaned and the staff was ok but didn't seem to know much. Won't stay again

Sheets were clean Old, outdated building. Garbage cans overflowing outside and empty cans on lawn. Left at 7:00am for game came back at 10:30am and nothing cleaned up. No Pride in their business.
