The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Debra the breakfast server.

My only request for improvement would be a more diverse breakfast.

The breakfast was great because there was a lot of varieties. There was not anything I didn't like about the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Room was spacious, staff was accommodating once you found them, breakfast had several options, very clean and quiet. Both when checking in and out we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone. When checking out we just had to leave as we had a train to catch. The swimming pool is very small.

The breakfast was amazing. The lobby/dining space was clean and it was nice to be able to fellowship over a good meal. I really also enjoy the beds. They were very comfortable and plush and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming and down to earth. Although this had nothing to do with the hotel itself, I didn't like the kids in the pool splashing around. I left the pool area early because the children were not being supervised by an adult and when going in there again, the children were supervised with an adult but she was asleep. We ended up leaving the pool area early because the children were making the experience and unpleasant one.

Staff were very pleasant, hotel was very clean, the bed was so comfortable to sleep in. I was given a free drink and snack just for signing up for the Marriott rewards program. Nothing everything was perfect!!!

We did want to try to connect our Bobby rewards to this booking, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!

Location & breakfast options!

Every thing was super clean very helpful staff and a nice area, they even got a patio outside to grill on

The staff was very kind and professional. We really enjoyed our room, it was big enough for a family and the bed was soooooo comfortable, we slept great. We enjoyed the pool in the morning and the breakfast that was included. 100% will be returning when we come back to visit our friends.

Clean room

We enjoy staying at the SpringHill Suites. Clean, beautiful rooms, with comfortable beds and everything you need. Love the separation for our teenage grandchildren to sleep when they join us. Adequate breakfast also. Available coffee is a must ,so thank you. Very friendly staff is also much appreciated.

Clean room and excellent staff.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable bed and pillows. I stayed for 4 days, but didn't want maid service. I just don't feel comfortable with my things in room, so I called the front desk to ask if they could send fresh towels to my room, they replied with "Thats not how we do it" I let them know about how I don't feel comfortable with maid service and asked if they could just call someone on the floor to bring me towels. They agreed, but sounded bothered, making me feel they were not very hospitable. I have stayed at other hotels and they have always been pleasant and hospitable in this area of service.

We had a generally good experience at this hotel. The check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient, which we really appreciated. The building felt very modern and new, and the breakfast selection was excellent—we enjoyed everything offered. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. As EV owners, we were a bit disappointed that the charging stations were not yet fully installed and operational. Also, while the room was nice, it wasn't spotless; we noticed some stains on the sofa. Our kids loved the pool, but it seemed like the chemical levels were a bit high. Unfortunately, my husband and daughter experienced some skin irritation and itchiness after swimming. Despite these points, it was a decent stay overall, and we’d consider returning once the facilities are fully ready!

I’m very disappointed the housekeeper open my door after me saying hello and it was only 10 o’clock check out is at 12 I just left the property after that sad I felt uncomfortable after that

Breakfast was fresh but doesn't start until 7am, parking was well lit and felt safe. However, we did have to wait almost two hours in the lobby at check in time because they didn't have a room ready for us and multiple other guests. Very frustrating.
