Very clean and nice room! The lady (Michelle) at the front desk was super nice!

Room was clean. Staff is not always available. Tenants and staff hung out front all hours of day. Only 1 small thing of shampoo for 3 people for 2 days. No coffee available at all. Would never stay again.

Our room was fine. We did not care for the guests that sat out in front smoking and drinking alcohol. We Had to pass them when we came in the front entrance every time. The walls were very thin , so we heard our neighbors talking and snoring all night. We do not think we will go to this hotel again.

Great place to stay, exceeded my expectations.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind to our german shepherd. As for the grounds outside we're terrible. Trash all over, grass needed to be cut, weeds everywhere. Get a good lawn service! The one thing we didn't like was every evening guest and staff would gather outside by the front entrance and smoke and smoke weed and carry on as if they were having a party. Very noisy, very stinky and inappropriate for a business. I'm sure young families coming in didn't appreciate subjecting their kids to that. Also the number of people working on their cars in the parking lot. Thumbing and bumping the music loud while they worked in the evening. We had a early day this didn't help when trying to go to sleep. Would I stay at this hotel again NO. I've stayed at many of your hotels when traveling, but this was the worst. You can do better! I'm not sure for are next trip if will book with this company again. - Cross family

This place seems understaffed. Don't expect there to be anyone at the desk - you will need to call a number to have someone summoned. It's not the one employees fault - she was perfectly fine just didn't seem like there was anyone else working there. Also, they charged my card twice and unsure as to why - for 2 different amounts for a single night. It was perfectly fine for a night. Clean, quiet. But wouldn't book again.

The property was very clean, well maintained. The room, for an extended stay suite, had no dishes, no coffee maker or lobby coffee, no hand towels, no facial tissue, no hair dryer and the TV worked but couldn’t change channel from the intro screen. Michelle from front desk was amazing in trying to get the TV to work for us but even after trying 3 remotes, no luck. She also provided a hair dryer for me and extra pillows. She was very sweet and accommodating and I appreciated her!

Staff was amazing and super nice Area was okay lots stores and food close by. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. Found left behind items under the bed

Location was exactly what I was looking for No hair dryer in the room, or paper towels.

Let friendly, only a $10 pet fee, very reasonable thank you and that’s the only reason we chose thus place as others were as high as $100

The room was very clean and had a large refrigerator for storing my bottled water, protein drinks, etc. The woman at the reception desk when I left was very nice, personable and professional. I will be returning in October and look forward to my next stay here. Also, having the Meijer Store nearby was enormously helpful. Great hotel and great location.

Price and location Staff not very friendly, and a lot of shady people hanging around the building.

Just know you have to get towels during business hours

Staff was great. Rooms were clean.

Excellent room, professional staff. I will definitely stay again when need arises. I almost forgot, the television was larger than expected and the kitchenette was perfect. Everything was great, no regrets.
