Everything was great! Good breakfast and the staff was extremely helpful. 24 hour coffee is always a plus too!

When I went to the front desk, they said the reason I didn’t have a vent was cause I was on the first floor, which is asinine. The manager tried to tell me that it was because there were floors above me. Well, every floor has floor above them except for the top floor. No excuse for not having a vent.

Highly recommend! Clean and comfortable, the rooms were just what we needed. Ms. Carey was particularly helpful, but the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay great.

Overall, a great stay. Besides waiting over 10 minutes for a staff member to purchase snacks, it was good. Rooms clean and spacious.

Property is run down, poor quality and variety breakfasts, it is not a credit to the Residence Inn or Marriot brand.

The pool area was amazing. There was someone always making sure it was clean. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious.

I also raised this issue with a different front desk staff member after noticing that my initial request had not been fulfilled. However, the matter still was not addressed. This lack of follow-through was disappointing and did not meet the level of service I expected. I would appreciate it if could look into what happened and advise how you plan to address this situation. Thank you for your attention

I really enjoyed my stay at residence inn in Novi. I love that the pool open so early. The temperature was just right not to cold like most hotel pools can be. My room was just the right size for me. I felt that I was close enough to most things and getting around. The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant.
