The only thing I didn't like was someone left dirty socks on the floor near the bed .

Clean, quiet Telephone in the room was disconnected so could not call for room service or if something serious happened we would not be able to call 911 locally!!!!! THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I believe I was followed there by someone from the STATE OF COLORADO!!!! That’s why I was told I had to come down for all room service requests!!!!???? I’d like to know what this is all about???? Someone in a Colorado State Government Car is always parked across my house in Ohio now I go on vacation and it shows up at the same hotel I stay in???????

Very nice staff. Room was great, remodeled and clean. Was in a great location to the convention center. Easily accessible to stores and restaurants nearby! I like being able to park near my room. It was remodeled but some things you can tell were just painted over and wires were outside of wall and not hidden- for example the tv lines. But it was just minor. The overall room was very clean.

Easy to check in and check out, prompt and professional service, and the bar was a great place to relax in the evenings.

Nice area, nice pool, nice room. Put in a complaint to front desk about how loud the air conditioner was, kept waking us up, did not get fixed! Room Air Conditioner, price of snacks in store, no continental breakfast

Very clean and updated Made only certain guest sign waver. Not every guest had to sign a waiver.

Was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained the property is. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable. It was only a one night stay but we were very satisfied with the property.

The modern updates to the rooms. The walk-in showers are awesome. The loud guest in the hallway at 11 pm.

No complaints other than the bathroom door needs to be sanded down - it makes a really loud noise opening and closing and then the microwave was all in French lol

It was a convenient location for me. They are just finishing up a complete renovation. Everything worked. That is not always true.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was still pretty well kept did not appreciate the cashless nonsense at the restaurant. If you guys are gonna do that then please get the little machines for the people that have to wait on us and walk 50 miles to go to the machine other than that it's always a fabulous day and I always love my cookie.

Parking was nice. Especially the area near our exit door. The pool was very clean which we enjoyed. We did not pay for breakfast because it was a separte charge of $18+ pp and the spread was not consistent with that cost. Staff was friendly too. But the room we were in was rather dusty and multiple towels were stained.
