Property was clean and comfortable. However, we had to look for front desk staff to get service. The phones in the room didn’t work. There was no business center. The pool was out of order, and you had to pay for a subpar breakfast. It was wayyy overpriced. They even expected you to tip!

Nice experience

Rooms were clean and well kept. Nice renovated hotel gym. Close to Ann Arbor and plenty of shops/highway. Be prepared for the thinnest pillows you’ll ever lay your head on, though. Just fold them in half to feel like you’re not laying on a pile of tissues.

Property location was great. Property was dated. Staff was rude and seemed out out even checking us in. It took over ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk. It was clear staff was friendly with a large party staying at property. Party was a wedding or some type of formal celebration. Courtyard was loud with music and yelling and dancing until 10:15-10:30. Entire parking lot and lobby smelled of marijuana. Location was about the only good point.

The only thing I didn't like was someone left dirty socks on the floor near the bed .

Clean, quiet Telephone in the room was disconnected so could not call for room service or if something serious happened we would not be able to call 911 locally!!!!! THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I believe I was followed there by someone from the STATE OF COLORADO!!!! That’s why I was told I had to come down for all room service requests!!!!???? I’d like to know what this is all about???? Someone in a Colorado State Government Car is always parked across my house in Ohio now I go on vacation and it shows up at the same hotel I stay in???????

I did not like the placement of the toilet paper holder you had to reach behind you .

Very nice staff. Room was great, remodeled and clean. Was in a great location to the convention center. Easily accessible to stores and restaurants nearby! I like being able to park near my room. It was remodeled but some things you can tell were just painted over and wires were outside of wall and not hidden- for example the tv lines. But it was just minor. The overall room was very clean.

I liked everything-really nice hotel Only 1 elevator, and its a VERY large hotel-so much walking to/from my room

Easy to check in and check out, prompt and professional service, and the bar was a great place to relax in the evenings.

Nice area, nice pool, nice room. Put in a complaint to front desk about how loud the air conditioner was, kept waking us up, did not get fixed! Room Air Conditioner, price of snacks in store, no continental breakfast

The front desk attendant was excellent. The general hotel noise was quiet The ac unit was loud

It was great - there was a misunderstanding with our breakfast inclusion, but it was OK.

Very clean and updated Made only certain guest sign waver. Not every guest had to sign a waiver.
