The rooms are outdated. They advertise breakfast and it’s not specified that it’s not included on weekends. The pool was hazing and not well kept. Smells in the hallways. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great stay. 1st room AC was leaking was immediately moved. Cleanest Sonesta property I have stayed at.

The front desk clerk was horrible, she was rude, seem annoyed at all customers! Absolutely smelled like smoke!

We stayed here after a concert at the Big House. Our room smelled very musty, the carpet was soaking wet by the air conditioner, there was a brown substance all over the curtains, the shower was fairly dirty & the bathroom walls had patch holes all around. The staff was kind but the rooms are very outdated and not the cleanest.

Crystal was who greeted us at the front desk and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend this hotel and seeing Crystal for any help. She again was great

I had a lovely stay. The room was quiet and clean. I got in the pool while there. I'll definitely come back again. I enjoyed having a room with a balcony.

The furniture in the rooms was worn, torn up and needed to be replaced. The couch had off-putting stains on it and I did not use it because it looked unclean.

It was convenient for a night bc I had no power. Would stay again if only for this reason. The tv was awful and coffee maker in room was broken. Should also outright say there is a $150 incidental fee.

We stayed here during a power outage recently. Overall it was fine, but the grounds were a little unkept and the carpet was stained.

Parking was near the entrance and quick to get inside. The staff were all professional and friendly. The rooms were about average with a great layout and comfortable bed but a couch that was slightly uncomfortable and a tv you had to pay extra for.
