Perfect for me everything was and location on point

It was convenient for a night bc I had no power. Would stay again if only for this reason. The tv was awful and coffee maker in room was broken. Should also outright say there is a $150 incidental fee.

We stayed here during a power outage recently. Overall it was fine, but the grounds were a little unkept and the carpet was stained.

Parking was near the entrance and quick to get inside. The staff were all professional and friendly. The rooms were about average with a great layout and comfortable bed but a couch that was slightly uncomfortable and a tv you had to pay extra for.

There was not a microwave in the room and the WiFi wasn’t working

My first room had a roach in the bathroom dead and it was not clean. The chair had a lot of stains and white stuff on it and the bed had a lot of stains on it. Moved to the next room and the light in the bathroom didn’t work and the chair was nasty in that room and the bed mattress cover was ripped and it had a bug on the covers (waterbug) it was a kind nasty hotel and they need to get new beds or mattress protection because it was not clean and they only clean your room if you staying 3 or more night which I did but they didn’t come clean my room until the day before I left. That was not a clean hotel and when I told them they just looked at me. Never going back.

I made reservations for four nights, only stayed for three night and now I can’t get a refund for the one day I pre paid for! I’m getting the run around , your staff lied and said they could reach anyone at the location I stayed at.. I called and person answered on the second ring.

Most of the staff were not the most professional. There is one lady who always has an attitude whenever we needed to speak to her or needed assistance. Also, we got kicked out even though we have been paying every single night after staying here for a week and two days.

The front desk lady was so unfriendly that even my husband told me we should just find another place to stay. I do not know whether she was having a bad day, but she just didn't want to be there. I am not sure if we'll use this place again for this reason. The only thing that made it somewhat of a decent experience was because of the housekeeping lady, who was so helpful.

Checked out within 10 minutes. Room was dirty and TV didn’t work.

The facility is in a good location, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and offers good service. There were some minor maintenance issues in my room- the toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle. The mini fridge freezer was missing its door, so ice build up inside and leftovers got ice on them. No in-room microwave, nor is there one in the lobby. Breakfast was advertised during purchase, but not available on the weekends. They credited my bill by $10 day for that, which was appropriate and satisfactory.

Staff was Okay, amenities were Okay, rooms were Okay. The room was not cleaned for us daily. If you want a fairly priced place for a couple of days stay, it's not bad. Don't have any high expectations.

Overall nice hotel but it gives off motel vibes…. The pool water was extremely cold and slightly unclean, and no breakfast served,no towels in the pool area ….shower curtains were dirty they need to be cleaned or changed. Also they tv channels needs to upgraded one room had good channels the other one had on 12 channels of nothing

Everything was nice and clean and the staff where great It has a lot of food places to eat and a Walmart and bank close by in walking distance
