It was good I had to call for bedding for the sleeper sofa , there was coffee packets in the room and had to call maintenance with help for tv remote . There wasn't any information on local food places or info on tv and channels

I took pictures of bedbugs on curtains blood on furniture and roaches inside the fridge and oven in multiple rooms.. they kept having me look at different rooms to get a good one .. … also they will double charge your card if you’re not paying attention ..

Nice place to stay for long period or homeless. Has full kitchen but toilet is too low for tall or handicapped people

Our room was dirty upon arrival, mainly the kitchen area. Door knobs were missing from the closet so we were unable to open and use. Multiple lights and outlets did not work, along with the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. The was no coffee or room ammenities like hairdryer. Every night there was loud guests above us sounding more like a construction crew that would start at 10pm and last well into the morning. Staff was notified and no resolution was made.

The location The oven door is broken and doesn’t work in the oven is dirty. The shower continuously leaks and I have to continuously put bleach in it so mold won’t grow in the moisture because the bathroom ceiling fan doesn’t work. Only two of the eyes on the stove work and the cabinet door under the sink is broken so you can’t open it plus the shower door is not on the track right so it doesn’t close completely. I was supposed to get my room clean once a week and they didn’t do it. There are residents who evidently live in the hotel year-round and they daily overtake the patio seating area where the fire pit and barbecue grill. also, they have a beautiful pool there that you cannot swim in and they didn’t have it open to the guest. So it was just something that looked pretty, but you couldn’t use.

We ended up switching rooms twice. The first had water leaking on the floor from the ac. The second rooms bed was so bad (felt like a sack of potatoes) I woke up in tears. The third room was chosen out of the two choices we were given. We chose an adjoining room that had 2 adults with at least 2 children in the adjoining room. Not in the least bit soundproof. The room not chosen smelled like fish. The stay was awful. The staff is nice. Out of all 4 rooms, one of them was kind of equipped. 3 kitchens didn’t have utensils or glasses. I wouldn’t say this has equipped kitchens in the suites. Some of the refrigerator doors open the wrong way. Some oven doors fell open when using it. We had a minor incident and I can see something big happening.

I wasnt aware that there was breakfast Very loud. Thin walls and ceilings. Could hear walking and talking all thru the night.

They advertise an indoor pool and they only have an outdoor small pool which was closed before 6:00 PM. Very unsanitary would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a kitchenette but there was no silverware and no glasses. I had to use the coffee pot to use as a glass to drink water.

The room we stayed in was on the first floor. Most of the lights in the room didn't work. A nob to the closet was missing which made it a little difficult to access the closet. The smoke detector was hanging down & we were unsure if it was functional. Finally, my wife forgot a garment & left it in the closet & when she realized she had left it she called & asked them to check. The staff person responded that it was there? My wife asked her sister to stop by to double check & they had it at the desk. No call or e-mail to let us know that found it. We "will not" stay at the hotel again!!!

Not my first time staying there, for the money it is great. They have upgraded the property, finished the pool in time for summer. The room's are spacious and perfect for your stay. They have upgraded the rooms too.
