Novi isn’t walkable, but the hotel is in the area with all the things to do. Pillows were comfortable. Room was okay. Strong chlorine smell in the lobby. Can only set the thermostat as low as 72. Kind of felt empty and in need of repairs.

I love this hotel. It will be our go to when visiting family in the area. All I can say is awesome!!!

On our floor they had a tea room which we couldn't use. The staff told us they lock it on weekends. I didn't like the crowd who were loud. In the wee hours there was a girl crying loudly because her Mom left her alone in the room. The place was renovated and I didn't like the open area where the pool and dining area was because the noise from there could be heard on the top floor.

I was severely disappointed in our stay. The room looked NOTHING like the one I booked which was the reason I booked it. The hotel looked so rundown everywhere else unless you were in the lobby. The check in staff was probably one of the best I ever had while checking in but everything else was terrible. We wanted a little night away with our son but it was just a disaster. The pool area was filthy and had used bandages and chewed gum on the ground. Our room had so many stains it was disgusting. The tv stopped working when we got there and it was stuck on one channel the entire time. The outside was absolutely riddled in garbage as well as some of the hallways. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else much nicer. Never again will we stay here.

Beds lumpy. Toilet didn’t flush. Smudge marks on furniture like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty pillows. Pool and hot tub facilities closed too early. Good location
