Pretty rough.

I was severely disappointed in our stay. The room looked NOTHING like the one I booked which was the reason I booked it. The hotel looked so rundown everywhere else unless you were in the lobby. The check in staff was probably one of the best I ever had while checking in but everything else was terrible. We wanted a little night away with our son but it was just a disaster. The pool area was filthy and had used bandages and chewed gum on the ground. Our room had so many stains it was disgusting. The tv stopped working when we got there and it was stuck on one channel the entire time. The outside was absolutely riddled in garbage as well as some of the hallways. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else much nicer. Never again will we stay here.

Beds lumpy. Toilet didn’t flush. Smudge marks on furniture like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty pillows. Pool and hot tub facilities closed too early. Good location

The breakfast was very underwhelming and $15 a person so passed. We were so excited about the pool but while the pool itself was clean the pool area was in disrepair. The elevator doors are what I can only describe as haunted, ie the opened and closed 2-5 times each time they opened before finally closing and taking you to your floor or whatever floor it choose to take you to. Overall a nice property for the price for sure, and very quiet and the staff was wonderful.

Staff was good but both door locks were broken. Tub still had a ring and hair from not cleaning ice machine was broken on first floor and couldn't open the sliding door in the room. this place has potential but needs an overhaul .

Unfriendly staff, poor maintenance, broken A/C, flooded bathroom, and a broken washing machine. Staff also knocked on my door a day before checkout asking if I was leaving. Very disorganized. I do not recommend this hotel.

Service was really good. Friendliness of staff supersedes other hotels The pool area could use some greenery….plants etc. to be more appealing Also, I had asked for a room close to elevator through the website and my room could not have been further away. As it turns out - that room was quieter. So, being 82 I had some trouble walking so far.

The hotel reminds me of an in-house Motel 6. This hotel needs major updates. It is not worth the price. It definitely should be called 4 points out of 10. I have stayed at 4 points before and this by far is the worst one. The bathroom had a permanent dirt ring around the tub. The view from the balcony wasn't anything to view unless you like seeing lawn bags and old shrubs. It reminded me of an old alley.
