The facility could use a little TLC as it is an older hotel.

The room was clean

Well sign in was great , got to.the room and A/C had problems , they called the tech . He came to the room and worked on the unit ,it worked for about 10 minutes ,then back to front desk. Tech came out again and worked on it , it worked for about another 10 minutes, back to front desk because the phone wouldn't work . Sent tech out again , great guy, disconnected the wall unit thermostat and manually set it to the coldest setting . Lasted about 10 minutes and but that time the outside temped dropped and the room came to a ok temp. Reported it to the front desk at check out and they said they would look into it. The breakfast was good , plenty of selections and was given a voucher for the A/C problems . Overall I would stay there again.

Great staff No fridge or microwave. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Sink drain wouldn’t pop up. Bar noise was loud. Elevator door kept opening and closing 2-3x every time we go on it. Curtains couldn’t close since there was a bar blocking each side and the parking lot lights would shine in. I used a hair clip to hold them together. Price was increased due to a conference and we were only there since it was close to the surgery center.

My room was clean. There was sufficient parking. The location was good with easy access to the interstate.

Some of the front desk people Everything! The first room we had was dirty. They moved us, then that room had a pipe brake which then leaked in our suite and they didn’t offer us anything. They gave us a bucket and for the solution.

The shelf in our room was broken when we arrived and the towels were on the floor. The pool area was closed the entire time with no reason. $15 for breakfast and the paint on the front of the building is falling off but inside it was bright and cheery staff was nice. I like the unique layout of the building.

Rooms are good but my room had no stopper for the sink and no lid for the ice bucket The hot tub never got hot after the 1st nite and second day

I was charged twice for the insurance first time he told me I was declined. Second time I told him it was approved as it was the first time. He didn't do anything about it. Said I would get the money back but thag wasn't the point. Not very helpful.

As a place to spend the night, it checks the boxes. Just don't expect to be wowed...with anything. The hotel is just ok. Facility maintenance is definitely lacking.

Hallway smell like a nursing home/ urine

The room was clean, staff were helpful. The lobby and pool area were not well kept. The pool area was especially unclean. Lots of things floating in the water, trash on the ground, etc.

I didn’t see it listed, but it was an open atrium with pool and bar. The atmosphere was so loud in there and the room open to that and you can hear noise all night through the door. Room surfaces were not cleaned from last visit. There were cup ring stains on desk and table next to bed. Too loud and dirty overall.
