Good staff, very polite and kind.

The property looks new from outside but when you enter in the rooms they had an odd smell. The couch had some stains don't know about them where they come from..... the staff and manager of the hotel was not co operative and I had complaints about the stove that didn't work I asked to change my room but no response. I will never stay in that property again.

Overall everything horrible, When I first checked in they gave me a room they knew had problems with like smell and ran through, I even bought candles and air fresheners trying tk remove the smell and it still didnt work I had to switch rooms, the top of freezer had dead bugs on it and the inside had a dead bug too

Be careful when selecting a room. Check for pests as there are known severe roach infestations throughout the hotel. Some rooms are worse than others and you'll need to buy roach spray. I've had the refrigerators replaced in several units and the air conditioner on the last stay. Ther was a fire in which occupants not present weren't notified. We returned to the room with a soaked carpet and bathroom, and no hot water. We were not offered another room.

cigarette holes and blood on the sheets (which they will not replace after 10p, btw). noisy ass fan, and the highway has no noise wall, so you're kept up all night. stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache

Horrible staff lies and rooms disgusting

The place was disgusting.. I have pics of a roach I smashed .. the place smelled like a fish fry and the carpet was filthy the walls had nasty stuff on them

Property and room felt old and neglected on upkeep and cleanliness

Check in is at 3pm I was able to get one of the 4 suites I reserved and paid for in March. I was not able to check into the other rooms until after 7. They only had 1 more suite they did however switch my room to regular rooms but wanted me to pay the difference, then told me it was free and when I checked out this morning the gentleman told me 2 of my rooms were not paid for. The elevator was closed in the morning because it was covered in blood it did re-open before check out. The doors had cracks in them. You have to take out your own trash.

Very well kept, very professional staff,kitchen was cleaned propertly.No complaints on my behalf.

The bed was very disappointing. It had a noticeable dirty, old smell that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The linens did not feel fresh, and overall the bed seemed poorly maintained. This really affected my stay, as cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel.

Friendly staff, no WIFI, no Breakfast. Room appeared clean but very bad pest infestation!

No pans but everything else no coffee maker the room was freezing the entire time because the heater was falling into the room dirty socks and filth behind night stand in the bedroom dirty wash cloths hanging the shower

It was terrible found bugs in my room. I can not stress enough... Stay away. The staff was nice tho.

Cockroaches, stains, and smells. Receptionist was helpful though.
