So gross. Mold in showers, bodily fluids on furniture, animal waste in carpets, broken fixtures, smells like urine/smoke/B.O. throughout the entire building. Would not recommend.

I booked three nights, two of which found me scratching because of bites. I found a bug in my bed on the first night. I put it in a tissue and gave it to the night receptionist. He threw the tissue away, checked the room, and told me it was safe. The second night more bites and another bug, which I also caught. I was then moved to another room, and was able to get a itchless night sleep. When I asked about some kind of compensation for my two nights of bug bites I was told I could get a 25 percent discount -- if I booked a fourth night. The last stay was my second there. It will be my last.

Rundown, dirty, with unrepaired water damage in numerous places. Several common areas were unusable due to boxes and tools all over, and the AC in the lobby and other areas was broken during 80+ degree weather. The air conditioning in the room was barely able to keep up, running noisily the entire time. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We reserved a room with King bed +sofa bed using Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk told us that they don’t have the room we paid for, rather they would give us only a room with a queen bed. We had to accept it since we didn’t have any other options and another hotel already cancelled our booking without any notice. Upon checking in found that the room only had a double bed. It was dirty, holes in the door, cockroaches were crawling in the bathroom. There was also no wifi signal in the room. Terrible experience.

Upon my check in time at 3 my room was not ready. When I came back around 7 I received a dirty room on the requested 1st floor. I notified staff and was assigned a 4th floor room. No problem. Except we have a toddler. This room was clean. But there is a roach and gnat infestation on the property. The hallway had bleached carpets. This is just not a place I would recommend anyone to stay.

Property was clean and adequate for the price and was in a good location.

Besides the big hole in the floor that the carpet covered by the air conditioning on the 3rd floor the internet was slow. They had no TV access because they're switching carriers for the next four weeks. It smelled, and they're under renovations.Other than that, it was a terrible place. That's why I left early and waiting still for a refund

The room did appear to be clean however I found dead roaches in the kitchen area near the door. I was instructed to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get clean towels. The hallway carpet on the second floor had nasty stains. It smell like mothballs. My family made several complaints, after Expedia called they were no longer nice. I definitely would not recommend this hotel

Dirty hall ways with bad animal odor sleeping into rooms. Shower tub had issues with faucet and drainage. Shower pressure was low.

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL STAY I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED. THE HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I just want to say that I never write reviews but due to this being my worst stay at any hotel. I had to leave a review. First they didn’t have the room that I requested they gave me one with a smaller bed. When I walked into the room it was nasty. I asked them if they could switch rooms and they didn’t. I literally went to the store and bought my on cleaning supplies and cleaned my room. I had no pillows on the bed. The television in the bedroom was not even plugged up. They did not clean the room. They only clean when people leave. You have to bring your towels to the front desk to get clean towels for your room. You have to take out your own trash. My sister room was worse. She voiced her concerns and they told her that they were booked and didn’t have time for accommodation. I slept with lights on because I didn’t feel safe there. So if you choose to stay there for whatever reason just be cautious and remember that you was warned.

I checkout on June 30, 8:15 am. & The receipt showed 1:14 pm. This is totally false.

Good staff, very polite and kind.

The property looks new from outside but when you enter in the rooms they had an odd smell. The couch had some stains don't know about them where they come from..... the staff and manager of the hotel was not co operative and I had complaints about the stove that didn't work I asked to change my room but no response. I will never stay in that property again.

Overall everything horrible, When I first checked in they gave me a room they knew had problems with like smell and ran through, I even bought candles and air fresheners trying tk remove the smell and it still didnt work I had to switch rooms, the top of freezer had dead bugs on it and the inside had a dead bug too

Be careful when selecting a room. Check for pests as there are known severe roach infestations throughout the hotel. Some rooms are worse than others and you'll need to buy roach spray. I've had the refrigerators replaced in several units and the air conditioner on the last stay. Ther was a fire in which occupants not present weren't notified. We returned to the room with a soaked carpet and bathroom, and no hot water. We were not offered another room.
-
cigarette holes and blood on the sheets (which they will not replace after 10p, btw). noisy ass fan, and the highway has no noise wall, so you're kept up all night. stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache

Shout out to Angie at the front desk she was very courteous and helpful.
