this was the second time I stayed here in the last 6 weeks. The room was clean and the staff was great.

It had roaches bigger than me !!!!!!! Nasty bathroom !!!!! Dirty dog smelll and cat hair all in the room !!!!! Roaches came out all day their infested with roaches !!!!

Nothing . The front desk employees, two if them, oneca male i did not get his name and Susan, Disgusting Attitudecsnd behavior, she needs to be fired!!! The Nanny who cleans the rooms or checks the rooms he nice!!!

Price wasnt terrible The room was so uncomfortable I slept in my car.. only used the room for the bathroom and power outlet to charge my devices.

The price and location! I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room. I know it cheap but it still can be clean.

This use to be the place I would stay for weekend events in the city. But now it is over ran with long term stays that are loud and rude animals in every room. Cable cut off an was told nothing will be done. Must be poor management. Won't stay here anymore.

Price and location. No refrigerator, no microwave, no comfortable chair

Many permanent residents and many pets. People sleeping in cars in the parking lot for days. Never felt safe here. Very sketch.

The room was extremely clean, well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The overall room light is less than I like, but honestly I was really only there during the evening so that really wasn't a big deal. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Honestly, definitely would stay again.

The room was fine with extra power and usb plugs at bedside. The bathroom was clean and huge with plenty towels. Lots of channels on the big screen TV. The bed was a little too firm for my taste.

They don't clean the rooms. I was there almost two week and they didn't clean it not ones. I ask to clean my room and my room never got clean

not good will not be

I only gave it 1 star because none wasn’t an option. We booked two rooms for our family and they were on completely opposite sides of the motel with one upstairs and the other downstairs. The stairs were not shoveled, there was ice on each one and was very unsafe. Men dressed in all black hanging around outside. The first room was ok besides the carpet was disgusting. The second room smelt like smoke, blood on the toilet set and ROACHES everywhere. The front desk was extremely rude and told me he wasn’t able to give me a refund that he could only give me another room which I declined and left without refund. I wouldn’t allow my worst enemies dog to stay here!

The room was mostly clean and we were able to stay on the ground floor. The website advertised that 5 people could stay in this room. There were 2 beds and no option for a mattress or cot. The room smelled quite strongly and there were a couple dead bugs (I imagine the smell was from bug spray).

The price of the room Hot water took forever phone didn't work sink leaked dirty sheets remote was broken door had a draft. Call front desk about water and was hung up on.
