Facility itself was alright, breakfast options and availability was good, the room cleanliness was not good. There wasp g black hair from previous guest all over the bathroom floors and room floor and on the bed. There was some spots on the toilet seat - not sure what it was - we had wipes and gloves in our bag so we cleaned it ourselves. Overall cleanliness was not great. The cleanliness issue. Wasn’t pleased.

The toilet did not flush unless you held it down the tv didn't work.the.frigerator was off hinge and made a noise that kept you up all night

Bad

Good location. Decent hotel. Just was a little dirty. Found lots of hair in the bathroom. Looked like the floor had been mopped but not swept. Typically Country Inn locations are better than this particular one.

The location. Room was good size. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room had mold around the bathroom fixtures.

Clean room. Nice amenities. Could not figure out how to turn on the shower.

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was great. There were no premium channels available.

I checked in an hour after check in time and they still had to see if my room was ready. The breakfast was disappointing as well. I realize this a continental breakfast but it fell short of other continental breakfasts I have had at other hotels.

love this place

The location is the only thing I enjoyed about the hotel simply because it is close to my office. The breakfast was good in the first morning (omelet with cheese, wedge potatoes and sausage links) but disappointing in the second morning (grainy scrambled eggs, burger patties, slices of French toast). There are 3 things we didn't like: 1. The gym, which was very hot inside, I couldn't turn the AC on, and there is not a single dumbbell. 2. The room. Even with the AC on, you could feel the humidity and the mold in the air. Also, The toilet seat is old, with cracks in the plastic, and needs to be replaced. 3. The front desk guy (which I was told to be the actual owner of the hotel by another guest) needs to learn about customer service. Here is the context: my wife and I arrived at the hotel 9 am in a Monday morning, and the regular check-in time is at 3 pm. Understandably, he said there was an early check-in fee of $60, which we declined and decided to wait. Even though the room was available at least since noon, he did not let us check in until the regular time. When we were checking out, we asked if there would be a possibility of checking out at 1 pm instead of noon, given that I had an important meeting from 12 to 1, which then he replied: "Yes, absolutely, but there is a $20 fee". When insisting on asking for an exception, he added: "Well, I have already let you guys check-in early at 2:50 pm". Congrats, front desk guy. For being so restrict with the rules and trying to squeeze the most out of your investment, you lost a client and earned a bad review.

The corridor smelled bad. The beds were very uncomfortable. The morning breakfast was not maintained properly

I had booked an extra night so i can check in as early as possible and i have sent a message to the property when i booked that i was coming early morning of the next day of the booking, when i arrived my reservation was cancelled which was understandable somehow, but then it took them 2 hours and multiple phone calls and emails from booking.com just to undo that !!!!! There should’ve been an easier way than making me just stand there after a long night of driving to give me my room

We enjoy everything about our stay. This will be where we stay every time we are in town, which is often because I travel for work.

At approximately 1:30 a.m., an unfamiliar man knocked on the door of the room where my three children were staying. He stated there had been a smoke detection alert and requested entry. Since my children did not recognize him and he did not appear to identify himself, my son understandably refused entry and requested that either hotel management officially contact us or that a police officer be present. The man later returned with police officers, and we immediately allowed them into the room. We explained that we had sprayed perfume, not smoked. Even one of the police officers commented that she could smell the perfume. The room was inspected, and there was no evidence of smoking. What made the situation even more concerning was that, after confirming there was no smoking, the employee immediately began discussing a deposit that we supposedly needed to pay, despite the fact that our stay had already been fully paid. This seemed completely unrelated to the smoke investigation and was confusing and inappropriate. We fully understand that hotels must investigate smoke alarms and have every right to ensure guests are following the rules. Our complaint is not about the investigation itself—it is about how we were treated. We expected basic professionalism, respectful communication.
