Very bad customer service.. I have never seen a dirty room ever in my life. They never cared about it. Please stay away from this hotel, there’s others out there that will treat you with respect and take care of there customers.

My check in time changed from 3pm to 4pm before we arrived. I got there a little after four. I was not able to check into my room until after 5:30 PM. There was a huge line in the lobby, and the wait was very long. However, the woman at the front desk she was an Indian lady. I am specific with this, as there were two women at the front desk. She was very helpful and very accommodating, She upgraded my king room to a suite and gave me a late checkout, 1pm, instead of 11am. That helped a lot. The male at the front desk was completely ready to give everybody in line refunds because he did not want angry customers. While I absolutely appreciated the woman’s effort, I would not rebook.

It's was ok. The remote didn't work and it's only one ice machine in the entire building. Tub didn't drain and the dresser was missing three drawers.

Checked in at 3:30, no room available staff wasn’t finished cleaning.. came back at 4:45 room still not cleaned.. everyone that checked in had to wait more then 2 hours for a clean room

We got 2 rooms for our family due to a storm in the area last night, and we lost power. We saw a roach in both rooms. Furniture old looking and stained, a rip in one of the sofa pillows. Tv didn't work in one of the rooms. We alerted the front desk and they did nothing. It very much gave Motel vibes. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Well day #2, and our power is still out, we are now checked into a waaay nicer very comfy hotel about 15 mins away.

Best value in the area. The hotel was newly updated. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were an appreciative amenity! Thank you!

Room and property were both clean. The pool was not open and we were not notified until after check in.

The lady that worked there though was very nice I don’t forget her name, but I do not like the new management that it’s under ! They charged us $200 100 a night instead of 100 to stay for a deposit but the new management just isn’t good at his job. I preferred the people that were there before.

I was shocked by the condition of the bathroom upon arrival. There were hairs everywhere, making it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The lack of quality control is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the property’s standards. Save yourself the frustration and do not check in here.

Hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable.

Excellent customer service. Rashmi and Pardl were quite knowledgeable and accommodating made the stay so much more enjoyable.

The room was fine. The soap dispenser and shower gel dispensers were empty. A lot of work being done on property with the repaving that kept blocking exits with yellow caution tape and repairs to pool area ceiling closed the pool for most of our visit. However we would stay there again because the price was good and the hotel was quiet.

We called and asked if they had a hot tub and booked the room solely on the fact they had a hot tub. On arrival the pool and hot tub were unavailable. I understand things happen. But the attendant couldnt process a refund so we could change hotels. Had to wait till the morning for a manager to do it. So we go to the room was a late check in we were tired and just wantes to shower and relax but there was no shower curtain and we had to then move to another room. Upon talking to manger the next day about canceling second day we were greeted with attitude and condescending tones. Will not book again.
