Nice modern updated vibe. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was a bit tight for 2 people but wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again. Shower doors kept sliding open. Could have been brighter lights in the room.

The property was nice and well kept. The staff was wonderful. The only small problem was that the bed appeared to be high and that made climbing into it a bite awkward at times for my wife.

Solid property in great location in the Detroit suburbs. Starbucks inside, adequate gym and a vip lounge if you can get. Ample parking and close to most things. Good staff. Summer live jazz events on weekends is a double edged sword in that it provides entertainment in the lobby but boy, does it get loud! We retreated to the top floor vip lounge to hang out. But overall solid property with a good staff.

It took us almost 4 hours to get a room even with a reservation! They blamed it on short staff and the power outage! I really felt bad for the 2 front desk clerks cause it was out of their control but management should've came out and handled the angry customers instead of throwing them in the fire!

From check in to check out, everyone was kind, professional and friendly, I am impressed, the room was adorable and the bed was very comfortable, most hotel beds make my husband's back hurt, this one did not, we slept very well! We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent, this was a good stay! I recommend! There was an event, our party was there first, but no one told us to get in line, there was some favoritism, but that had nothing to do with the hotel.
