The room was basic but good enough, with a big TV. The staff is only available during limited hours. No shampoo or amenities are provided, and housekeeping is only offered every 15 days. The laundry machines accept credit cards; however, you need coins to buy soap, fabric softener, etc. Iron and Board is only provided upon request.

I felt like the security deposit was ridiculously high given it was more than the cost of the room i agreed to pay for. I was blindsided by the amount at check in, and would have been a problem if I didnt have the extra amount because I had already paid for the room when i booked it..

Found hairs on the tub edge, has no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer and even with a small kitchenette, no coffee maker. Did not read the fine print when signing a paper the clerk handed me only to realize that I lose my two nights when we decided we needed a better place to stay. Lost money on this. Will never stay at a woodsprings suites again.

The property had a terrible odor as soon as you walked in. Next, there was a young lady sitting in the lobby with a box full of personal items and clothing having a conversation on her phone that didn’t sound very good. I actually left once I rang a doorbell to get a front desk clerk and asked that she cancel my stay.

Breakfast? What breafast? They lost power saturday night of our stay, they told us , power would be up by midnight, they lied. Sunday came we were told then, that power would be up by 6, we had a graduation to go, so thought ok. No power sunday night, the place is dirty with the wood floors, sweep more.

Liked that it was pet friendly. The bedding and towels needed refreshing. The kitchette was not stocked with any dishes. Staff was very polite.

Roller was plugged and kept plugging with only liquids on it. No customer service at all so just let as room was inhabitable. Very very disappointed to say the least!

the hotel is direct between a interstaat and a highway

A suggestion from me is to have another lamp sitting on the desk table. The lights were so bright that it would disturb a person sleeping while otheres were talking. Thanks.

asked for extra towels and they said we have to bring them the dirty ones to get clean ones overall it was a cool spot to stay and it was alot out there to do less than 5 mins away
