Only thing that was a barrier was the loud noise in the hallway all night. Doors slamming and kids running and talking. I think perhaps it was because my room was by the elevator. Next time I would avoid that area. Otherwise, everything was great.

The refrigerator was dirty inside and out, with food residue on the shelves and handles. The room did not include a microwave or coffee maker. Several fixtures were not functioning properly. The shower handle was also broken, and the toilet paper holder had detached from the wall, leaving the toilet paper roll on top of the toilet until it was repaired. Overall, the room was in poor condition and showed signs of inadequate cleaning and maintenance.

Yes, I was trying to be thrifty for a quick overnight stay, but we spent 5 minutes in the room and left to find another hotel. Hotel was dirty, elevator was dirty, hallway to room was dirty...by the time we got to the room we were hesitant to go inside. I immediately pulled the corners of the sheets aside to check for bed bugs. There was no mattress cover, just a fitted sheet over the mattress. I didn't pull it up any further. Bedside table drawer was filled with black bits I was afraid to figure out what they were. Next to the table, on the carpet I found a white line. Ended up being a chalk line that went up the wall. While on the floor looking at that, the shelf under the table was filthy and even had coins. Not the housekeeping we were expecting. Also, knowing we were coming, you would think they would have closed the south side curtains and turned on air conditioning. It was hot as h*ll in the room. The AC did turn on, but too late. My first indication of the place should have been the parking sign close to the entrance that said "Parking for Law Enforcement". My thrifty quick overnight stay ended up costing me a lot more since we ended up at the Holiday Inn Express.

Convenience. Initially the staff. Two of my favorites were let go. The unprofessional behavior of one individual who was not able conduct business with a sense of integrity

The staff was very sweet. Helped us out with a late check-in with little hassle. Unfortunately the state of everything else was terrible. A giant stain on the pullout mattress. "Breakfast" was a joke. Would not recommend staying here unless desperate.

The breakfast was poor something other than blueberry muffins would have been nice. We had to go to Wendys for breakfast. The stay would have been much more enjoyable if we had not had to put up with the phone operators. We were told we would have to pay about $250 for the 2 rooms when booking.com was offering the 2 rooms for a little under $200. Why not give people calling in the same rate as booking.com and keep all of the money yourselves?

They gave me a new room ASAP after the first was so bad. They booked a room that was in disrepair in the first place.

I would not really call what they had to offer a breakfast it was blueberry muffins and some package oatmeal. The good parts was it was close to the venue I was at and the temp in the room felt amazing .
-
Breakfast is really simple. So if you need a strong breakfast, you should look for a breakfast close to a hotel. Otherwise, clean room and helpful staff.

Terrific staff, everyone was very accommodating.

The staff as helpful ! The overall hotel needs updates in the rooms . My room was clean however the furniture and other aspects of the room was super worn or outdated .

This is an old hotel. Many of the rooms have damaged furniture, old rugs, poor to no amenities. No USB outlets (bring your own adapters). TV service very limited. Poor room layout (TV and furniture must be moved around to view from couch or bed). Kitchen is not equipped - not even with glasses or silverware (requires an extra fee). WiFi is poor (upgraded requires an extra fee). Only soap bars and a tiny bottle of shampoo is supplied (bring your own stuff).
