Plenty of audio and video recordings of the mgr Ashley and her interacting w/guests, there’s even a subreddit I recently learned about dedicated to her All of that evidence has been uploaded to corporate. All of my near death asthma attacks have been due to the smoking allowed at this property. The poor up keep and the recent attempted repairs to the damaged parking long lot (at least a year) is a direct reflection of her “mgmt style” See you in court Ash. 😊

We will never be staying at any Extended stay location again as after hours on the phone the same day trying to cancel and find new accommodation they were unable to assist.

The room was huge with a great eating/ work table with office chair - full kitchen - it was all older but perfect. It may have been upgraded and they did a great job, I didn't have any problems - the bed was great and the room even had an excellent leather chair. Overall it was a great stay.

Tried to check in at 4 pm however when we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest

The manager was helpful with my late arrival. However, after being there a week, I asked for fresh towels. They said it'll cost me almost two dollars per towel. Then the the desk clerk showed me a paper with the price on it. I was in shock! The sinks don't have stoppers, which made me fearful of dropping anything. The place is kinda clean on the inside, but it could do better on the outside. So, at best it is a 2.5.

Bathroom is stinks

The cleanliness of the room and attention to detail in that area is lacking.. showers still had other people's hair stuck on the walls.. the rooms need to be refurbished and redone.. carpet, furniture, and sinks and faucets need to be replaced sooner rather than later.

The property was sold out and the staff didn’t care No manager on duty and no staff after 10 pm

This hotel was so sketchy that we asked to cancel the room and refund our payment. Exterior and interior locks didn't work; to say it was not clean or safe is an understatement. The only redeeming fact is that the staff agreed to cancel/issue a refund.

the staff is so kind and patient — the best best place to stay for extended periods of time. They aren’t mean or pushy at all, just pure kindness. So grateful for this restorative stay and rest!

Staff is great , lots of smiling of all sorts oof things in the non smoking bldg lots of noise in the bldg , nothing is enforced.

We ended up not even staying here, there is no lobby just a stinky hallway with a desk. The check-in was the most disrespectful experience I have ever encountered. She outright told me to hurry up as she had other things to do, even though she did not have my online reservation and had no idea who I was. The smell was terrible and other guests were complaining about the poor service and dirty rooms while I was standing there. The internet misrepresents this hotel to the max, do not believe what it says!!

Not unclean but too basic

Heavy recreational use in and around hotel, smoking in and around hotel (it’s non smoking) noisy, nothing is enforced and heavy seen some sketchy things here

Terrible experience, the rooms did not have any of the promised amenities. When I attempted to get an iron I was advised the front desk didn't open until 9 AM. Why do I have to ask for an iron when they say they have them in the rooms? I will never stay here again.

There is nothing being enforced here, noise is at an all time , ie tvs folks sitting their cars blasting music all hrs of the day, and the smoking of I’m not cigarettes throughout the bldg, it’s non smoking btw. Don’t choose this location if you’re in need of short term/temp housing.
