We reported the state of the room to the hotel front desk, but we had a brief 1-night stay and nothing was repaired during our stay. I wouldn't stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable. The power went out and the elevators were down so walking up 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. Our room was still on the generator so we had air conditioning and power.

Location Paying a higher price then what I booked the room for 50.00 more and not being able to get that 50.00 back once checked out

I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems with Hampton before. Location, room and front desk staff. Our thermostat was schizophrenic…warm then cold air through fan system, could not easily control.

Breakfast was ok Our stay was significantly impacted by the uncleanliness of the bathroom. There was multiple spots of mold in the shower and A LOT of hair on all of the bath linens, in the sink and on the sink counter and on the toilet. We booked this hotel because if the good online reviews but we were very disappointed and disgusted by the uncleanliness of the bathroom. When I called to ask for additional cleaning service, the receptionist told me the cleaning people left at 4pm and would not be available till the following day. We had to pick off other people’s hair from the towels and just pray the bedsheets were clean so we could get some rest.

Also, the toilet was quite low to the floor and the tank refill seemed to be running off and on all night. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.
