Rooms weren’t ready.. hotel is dated and not appealing… breakfast was only plus.. wouldn’t stay here
-
There was construction right above my room and that was my only complaint
-
One thing that the app needs to add is that they do charge a deposit when checking in. I had to pay $200 fee when I checked in which caught me by surprise( it is refunded a few days later!)

The hotel is outdated and rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned. Overall the hotel isnt up to other embassy suites standards that i have stayed at in the past.
-
A great experience overall.

Will not be back and I've used them 3 times before.

I understand there was an outage with the system, understandable. But when i asked before filling out the form, given by staff. Why do they need my card number, and the lady responded its because the system is down, thats all. But then I see hours later, after check in, that card was charged $200 and I ask the same lady who checked us in. She said oh it's for your 2 night stay. I said okay but I wasnt told about the charge. She said its normal for us to do that, I said I get that but I wasnt told. She said its on the Hilton website so we dont tell anyone. I said I didnt book on the Hilton website so I didnt know. She said oh we just didnt tell you. No, she didnt do her job correctly and give me, the customer, all the information available and needed. Then compared this hotel to others, but others never charged me $100 per night and they also told me of those extra charges upon check in. Also, if I am next to be helped, don't start talking to another customer before completing check in with me. Rude responses and don't assume I know all charges that will need to be made, tell me the info for the hotel I am at not tw

One of the reasons my family always chooses Embassy Suites is because of the breakfast. My husband is a dialysis and cancer patient. He didn't feel well one morning and wanted to rest instead of going downstairs for breakfast. So, I told him I would get the breakfast and just bring it up to him. Well, this particular Embassy Suite now does not allow you to take your breakfast out of the breakfast area. So my husband had to get out of bed and come down when he didnt feel well. This is new and I know its new because my family has stayed here before. Needless to say, We didn't have the breakfast any other day we were there.

Quite time after 10 for adults in swimming area gives relaxation time for people with children. Breakfast was also a nice touch and I can’t forget the complimentary drink during happy hour on your 1st night stay

The rooms smelled, the furniture was ripped and peeling, the carpets were torn and had holes, the freezer was not defrosted and the windows were dirty. Would not recommend this hotel!!!

At check in we were charged $200 refundable cleaning fee but upon reservation the fee was $100. Check in was at 4pm and room was not ready until 5pm. Elevator took 15 minutes to come down after check in . Lamps in room did not work . I was promised new lamps and they never were brought . Rail in the shower was broken and sharp so it cut my boyfriend when he showered causing an open wound. Room was not cleaned . Clean towels were brought in but it was not cleaned and no trash was collected . Hotel said they could not do anything about our situation because we booked with a third party.

Clean room , helpful staff .

The cleanliness and the staff was friendly

The whole hotel was not maintained. Stained mattress cover. Tub did not drain. Toilet kept running. No sheets or blankets for pull out sofa. Half the elevators were not working. Trash was all over the carpets in the hallway. But, the breakfast every morning was excellent

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the front desk line was always extremely long. Kids running around unsupervised. Staff had an attitude when approached. The young man & woman cleaning the room was pleasant but everyone asked liked they did want to be there. Tables in the dining area were dirty. Plants dying in the main and dining area. Light fixtures were dusty.

I’m torn cause I really wanted to like this location.. place was huge, easy In-N-Out parking.. of the three elevators only one of them was working correctly. One of them was completely nonfunctional and a second one kinda did what it wanted much of the time. With the only one functioning elevator, I had to use the stairs most of my visit and I was there for several days. The thing that bothered me the most about my stay there was that I was not notified until I was there that the Jacuzzi and pool would be closed for the entire weekend. They gave me some excuse that the motor wasn’t working which I think is BS. I asked if there was any way they could upgrade me or takeoff the early check-in fee or anything else to soften the discomfort for me since that was the main reason why I booked with this hotel. Front desk woman told me that she could cancel my reservation and I can go try to find another hotel… I don’t understand why hotel staff think that is a solution the day of when somebody arrives to a hotel that they spent a lot of money on to be there. Poor customer service… I don’t know if staff that was running The breakfast area was different than the hotel staff, but I got a completely different vibe from the breakfast squad. Food was amazing. Everybody was very polite and quick to keep everything stocked and clean. A++ on breakfast .. F- on front desk .. my girlfriend liked the balcony room other than that not sure if I will return back to this location in the future..

I was skeptical at first, especially with the first room… which I had to change because it smelled like urine and the Ac wasn’t working. I immediately went back to the front desk and informed them of the issues. I was accommodated with a new room that was way better! Pool was fun with hot tub, free breakfast and drinks is a plus. Even though the staff tend to seem a little tense around breakfast. I stayed for two nights and both nights went well.
