Great property

Overnight stay was a good experience.

Extremely disappointing of cleanliness and breakfast

This stay was the worse I have ever had at an Embassy Suites! Broken elevator. Hot lobby and humid in the dining area. They had a fan blowing air in the electrical closet because it was so humid. The waitstaff during breakfast were grumpy. The coffee, grits, and eggs were subpar. I will never stay here again!

The entire reason for this trip with my kids was the pool and the included breakfast, so I specifically asked whether breakfast would still be included and whether this was my only relocation option. I was told yes to both. I was then informed the replacement hotel didn’t offer the same amenities, might not have a comparable room because it didn’t have suites, and I might have to pay a deposit at check-in. At that point I was alone with two children, one with special needs, so I accepted because I just wanted to get them settled and salvage the weekend. To make matters worse, the letter I was given for the new hotel didn’t even include its name or address, so I had to figure that out myself. The final insult came when I checked into the Marriott and was told breakfast was not included after all, directly contradicting what Embassy Suites had told me. Had I been given accurate information from the start, I would have made a different decision. Poor communication, misinformation, and a complete lack of preparation turned what should have been a fun weekend with my children into an unnecessarily stressful experience.

All of the staff members we dealt with were very nice and helpful.

Everything was good beside the children unsupervised and they did not tell me the pool was closed until after I got my room. I was still satisfied

The pool was closed. One elevator was closed completely and the other only worked half the time. There was fighting in the halls at 3AM. They closed breakfast early and even before that they ran out of plates, food items, and the juice wasn’t working. There was also a fire alarm in the morning that stated to evacuate, but you couldn’t hear it in the rooms. Then it turned off 10 minutes later with no further information. Terrible stay overall.

Elevator are down
-
Carpets to rooms had same dirt from the day before they charged 100 a night for deposit not agreeing to what was on the site for 50 dollars. The floor by food area was so sticky they need to do better the front desk staff was nonchalant.
-
My room was so nasty , pull out bed haven’t been clean since god knows when . The couch was so nasty . I literally gave the room a deep clean . I always clean but I had to clean that room like my house to feel comfortable. The elevator was down it was just a mess

Went here for my son‘s 11th birthday and it was an enjoyable stay. The amenities worked for fine for us and the property inside and out is beautiful. Only thing I did not like was the pullout bed that is in the sofa. It is hard as a rock and very thin and very uncomfortable and had used sheets on the mattress. , I will be booking my next room with at least 1 to 2 regular beds besides that I loved the stay
-
Try fixing the hot tub 1st and strictly enforcing the rules for children in the pool area the only reason I booked the room was for the hot tub and swimming pool which was broken and full of disrespectful children with little to no home training

Overall good experience.

Very Good Stay, BUT this hotel is an event hotel. So a lot goes on here. Birthday party’s, family reunions, big gatherings. So kids are running around, music is playing, pool area packed with kids. Still a good place to stay, but be mindful of that if you want peace and quiet. I’ve stay here multiple times, my stays was good, but not always quiet lol.

It was horrible I have never experienced a Embassy suites that looks like this. Hole in the blanket noise all night running all through the hotel. The Elevator was not working. It was horrible I will never stay there again in my life. That's not the Hilton Standard and I'm a Hilton silver honors member. I'm very disappointed. And they had the nerve to charge for incident fee 200 dollar I want my money return to me immediately. The Whole hotel was horrible
