Trying to talk with the cleaners to get what we needed was also terrible. The Coffee area was horrible as well.

There was mold on the shower curtain and mold on the wall in the closet. I could see the mold in the mirror on the sliding closet door. The rooms smell old. I called to have someone change the curtain. No one came to change it. The tub needs to be cleaned and re-caulked. Just overall unclean.

The room was exactly as pictured, staff friendly and helpful. Only bad thing is only 1 elevator at the property works and you will wait awhile for it to get you.

A working television and weights in the fitness center

Location, space, mirrors, Nice view of the pond Dining area for breakfast was small. Furniture was old. Could have bern more clean.

breakfast — eggs ok , sausage very rubbery. Waffle maker wasn’t available for use on the weekend only weekdays, really, wouldn't make sense during weekend( more ppl)😡 Parking - plenty of space. Staff - ok friendly no bed bugs (thank goodness) Over price - yes

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only slightly negative comment is that the breakfast is in a small area so a bit cramped and not enough tables. The guests were a bit rude, but again the staff was excellent.

Showing its age. Staff didn’t greet which is fine just didn’t interact with them at all.

The room was good few things dirty. The crib was broken so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom was spot cleaned not really clean but otherwise the room and the hotel were great.

I selected a room with a pull out couch which we immediately pulled out once we got in. There were dirty bottles and someone’s sock left behind the couch. I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels (on my reservation I selected 4 people but there were only enough towels for 3), to ask for linens for the couch because there were none, and to tell them about the couch situation. The man at the front desk was super apologetic and helpful. Within about 5 minutes there was a knock on the door from housekeeping. She cleaned up the mess, vacuumed, and made the bed. Everyone was super helpful, it just makes me cautious about the housekeeping staff. If you’re not thoroughly cleaning behind the couch and stuff, it makes you wonder what else they’re saying they’re cleaning…

why is the door to the bathroom hitting the toilet? where was the don't disturb sign? when we checked out where was the hospitality? the bed was too rough.
-
Courteous front desk staff. Good location for the price.

What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. Had the girls just sleep with us. We also didn’t use the showers with my niece and I having allergies with black mold growing up the walls around the bathtub boarders. I thought it would be better to stay here because of the brand name attached to it. We will never stay here again. The breakfast choices were limited as well and your staff at the front desk both Saturday and Sunday non apologetic unprofessional and unfriendly. Such a shame.
