Staffcwas great, very helpful. I didn't care for the breakfast but not the worst either. Good location.

Stayed here many times 10 years ago when I was still working. Disappointed the condition has deteriorated. Torn carpets, hallways had litter. Front desk lady, Terri,was very polite and helpful.

The general feeling was not a hospitality venue but a place where people just come to sleep and go. The cleaner just changed towels and straightened the top of the bed, leaving the bottom part as ruffled as it was slep on. The sink didnt drain water as one brushed teeth which was mucky. The front desk hardly picked up calls when one called from the room for assistance. The photos in the rezer ation showed a newer hotel but on arrival we found a much older one with dated furnishings.

The room was clean, The staff was sort of non-existent. Parking lot is in bad shape.

The pool area needed some attention, and not much of a work out room.

While everything was nice, my room was not even tided up for a two-day stay. The towels were not picked up and the trash was not even emptied. I know things are changing and there are no new towels for each day - at least take the trash.

The hotel was in good overall condition, although it could use a few updates. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but for the price, it offered good value and was a decent place to stay.

Parking is a wide open lot with lots of availability. The location of the hotel off the highway is very convenient. Staff was so friendly - namely the gentleman on check in and the woman on check out. We had forgotten an item (a fork!) and staff found us one which was really helpful. Breakfast was good.

This used to be a favorite for me. Great location. It is definitely run down. First room we were given smelled bad and the TV and phone did not work. There were stains on couch, floor etc. We were switched to a different room. That one smelled better and everything worked but still lots of stains. No housekeeping on second night but they did enter the room and leave towels. Check in was confused . Staff couldn't explain the incidental charge / authorization and she was very "overwhelmed ". Please give that girl some training. She was pleasant though. Poster in elevator looked like it had been through a war. It's the little things that make a hotel great. This one has lost its way and it is a shame.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, well maintained outside with pretty flowers, and nice seating outdoors near the pool. We have had great stays every time!

The front desk staff made a mistake by checking some other guest into my room (517). The staff moved me one floor down to 415.

They told me I didn’t have a reservation when I did had to wait didn’t get to the room until 8 o’clock at night when check-in is at three. There was no soap in the bathroom and the window was leaking from the rain into the room. Staff was rude at the front counter.

TLC in the lobby area. The carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and elevator. The fan in the bathroom needs to fixed. Also, they just need to update the TV’s to smart TV’s. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

It’s not the cleanest!! I had to tidy up! Maybe the housekeeper wasn’t feeling it this day… but I had to clean the whole room.

Clean room helpful staff easy access off the highway close to shopping only issue was only 1 elevator was in service but it was manageable.descent breakfast.I would stay there again.
