No bedding in the room for pull out couch. Had to call front desk and get them ourselves. No staff to deliver to the room.

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to University of Michigan Northville medical facility.

Well, let’s see the ceiling was caving in by the sink. The sofa couch that’s provided within the room had nothing but stains all over it. We then switched to the next room and it had stains all over that couch and then the stain on the bedsheets.

Although I cannot say anything bad about the cleanliness, or the room, it is very unsettling for my security to be threatened. Anyone could of been waiting in my room, my belongings could of been stolen and my safety compromised. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

The older gentleman at my initial checkin was extremely rude. Rest of the stay was completely fine.

Overall the stay was amazing. I original room was not available but the hotel had upgraded my room free of charge for the inconvenience. I would book again

Sofa was full of stain marks. It looked ugly. Sofa bed sheet was dirty and covered some red makrs. Staff wasn't enough. Buffet breakfast was often short of food.

Bathroom is not clean and small, the hotel needs to be updated, the elevator is so dirty with the ripped out carpet

Location The day we went the pool was disgusting and freezing!! We had to use the net our selves to try to clean it a bit. There was a bandaid floating around. The pull sofa was so worn out no cushion. The cleaning crew came multiple times before 12pm checkout after being told repeatedly that it was too early. Stains all over the room. Just awful.

Good location and value. Place is dated, could use some updates and cleaning. Carpets are the most glaring issue - the elevators, hallways, and our room could all use new carpet. Corners and edges of carpets in our room were dingy. Breakfast was significantly lacking - eggs and meat each day were not great and the juice was basically just water.

Lots of routine maintenance needed and detailed cleaning. Toilet not attached to floor, had to push with both hands to open the room.

Whenever we come to Livonia it's been our default place to stay, staff,location, and driveability work for us!
