We asked and received a early check in for 3 rooms and we were all on the same floor, the rooms snd property were very clean,especially the breakfast area and it was a good breakfast with lots of variety, would definitely stay there again

Buyer be ware if you are staying an extended period of time. If you have an emergency and have to leave half way through they will not cancel your reservation, refund, or even provide a credit. They additionally have a $50 per day deposit, not a hold, a deposit. Which is refundable after 5-10 days past checkout. Not a great experience for a business trip.

We stay here when traveling to Chicago from North Carolina. We used to visit my wife’s late Aunt every year here so we still like to stop by. Visited Ford Museum, Buddy’s Pizza in Novi & Thomas’s Restaurant a few times. Great food.

I liked this hotel. It was clean, it was convenient for my trip. Quiet. Good place to stay.

Cons: Room was cleaned for the most part, but smelled like wet towels for a while. Looks like A/C unit needs a scrub. The shower curtain was also somewhat dirty. Soap scum and hairs on it. That just needed a bit more tlc.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn in Livonia, Michigan. The staff was incredibly courteous and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The property was spotless and well cared for, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I truly look forward to staying here again.

We were only there for one night but everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was hot, the breakfast was good and checkout was easy.
