It could use some updating the shower was rusted, the carpet was stained, in the room and hallways. I called down for an extra set of wash cloths the lady told me I had to bring down my used ones for new ones which is odd I’ve never heard that before. The breakfast was ok eggs were runny, French toast were hard as rocks

Very professional greeting when we arrived and good breakfast in the morning.

Everything and everyone was great. The hot tub was having some maintenance done and was down during our 3 day stay, but otherwise it was great.

Great hotel but I stayed a week and housekeeping didn’t replace toilet paper or other room amenities during my stay.

Great staff. Very clean facility. Would definitely stay there again.

Good breakfast, had a good rowing machine in the gym - yay!

My only complaint is one of the electric window blinds was broken when I checked into the room. So it was stuck in the half open / half closed position. They offered to switch rooms for me, but I just dealt with it. They had no maintenance person on duty on the weekend.

Reserved a standard king and was given a handicap accessible room. Tried to have the room changed to what I actually booked and was told no that’s all they had even though the standard king was still available online?

It was very clean and pleasant stay.

AC was not working and they wouldn’t move us to another room. Seems like they cut the AC off in the hallways.

Loud traffic at night, shower needs love. Carpet needs cleaned. Staff was great, very helpful.

NOT CLEAN ! Horrible carpet is sticky ! Bathroom shower knob fell off . I had to switched to three different rooms ! 0/10

Linen was not clean, room could have been cleaner, it was loud kids running around screaming

Shower did not drain, and was not cleaned. Still last persons shampoo left behind in shower. Breakfast was sub par.
