Nice clean room , nice area, lobby area nice and clean, friendly staff, good experience after all, except the breakfast part, I was expecting better than that.

It was excellent would definitely go back we had a nice big room and the facility was really clean The hot tub was out of commission which was okay the kind of sad LOL

Free continental breakfast. Pleasant staff. Great location. Comfortable rooms and beds. Hot tub was out of order. Pool was very tiny. TV needs more kids channels and a better guide to see what's on.

Great location down the road to a mall. Comfortable rooms. There was a good selection for breakfast, but unfortunately, the hot food was not warm at all. Coffee was excellent!

Extremely comfortable bed! Had a great sleep. The night front desk clerk was amazing and friendly. We arrived for breakfast well before the end of service but the set up was not very clean. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The staff was VERY friendly from the time I walked in to the time I left. I barely got in the door, and the girl at the front desk greeted me. She was VERY friendly, and even signed me up for the rewards program, which let me have a later check out. I was given two free bottels of water, and check-in was fast and easy. The room was very well cleaned, and had no issues with it. I thought that when I reserved the room, that it came with a couch and two beds, but when I got into the room, there was no couch. That was a good thing though, because I would not have used the couch for anything, and I think it made the room look smaller. I was impressed with the size of the fridge. It was pretty large compared to other hotels. In other hotels, you couls just barely get a take out box in them, and i was impressed that it was hidden behind a cabinet, so it blended in with the rest of the room. I was impressed with all the outlets available with both regular plug, and USB. There were plenty of them along with regular wall outlets as well. I was impressed that there was a good sized closet just inside the door as well. It had a full sized iron and ironing board, hangers to use, and space enought to put luggage out of the way. I was a bit confused about the light swithes though coming in. When you turned on on, it would turn the light on just inside the door, then there was one next to it, that I didn't think did anything. But then I realized that if you turned that switch off, the switches in the bathroom for the lights etc., would not work. If you turned that switch on, then turned the bathroom lights on, that worked. But then I believe you were able to turn the outside switch off, and the bathroom lights would not go out. But if you tunred the bathroom lights off in the bathroom agian, you would have to flip the switch on the outside again to turn on the bathroom lights in the bathroom again. It was a bit confusing. This is just an observation though. It wasn't necessarily a dislike, but at the same time it was. I know it was just the placement of the building and such, but I really didn't have a great view out my window. It was a nice big window, and let a lot of light in which was great, but I was overlooking the roof of the builing with all the stand pipes etc, and I was looking into a parking lot and two other great big buildings. Again, I know that was just the placement of the building and such, and it was not a huge deal, because I got a LOT of natural light otherwise

It was ok. I was told there would be bacon, but there wasn't. I don't do all the processed junk...eggs and meat with coffee is my breakfast. see above

The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad.

I like the modern feel of the rooms which are fairly consistent with their other locations. The faucet in the bathroom sink is set a little far back, so when you wash your hands, you have to bump them against the back of the sink. Water splashes and gets onto the countertop. A sliding barn style door would be better for space and functionality for the bathroom. There is plenty of parking in the lot. There curently is construction in the area, so the road leading to the hotel may be rough. The sign at the end of the road does not light up, which may add a challenge in finding the place at night. The pet fee is a little hefty as well.

Hot tub was broken and the in house restaurant has been closed for over a year. Both reasons why we chose to stay here. Wanted a one stop shop and that's what they advertised. I should have booked another spot but we just dealt with it. No one was at the front desk when we arrived had to look around for someone finally they came out.

The stay was fine but me and my friend who flew in from Florida picked this hotel specifically to relax in the hot tub and it was closed during our stay. No one informed us at the front desk and we changed and walked down to use it and there was a sign on the door stating it was closed so that was quite disappointing.
