Needs updating

Very nice place as usual.

When we first checked in, they said they didn’t have our room available. I had booked two bedroom suite for my daughter’s birthday. They told me that they sold my room to someone else even though I booked it two months ahead of time. After arguing with them, they finally decided to give me the original room that I booked, but it was very stressful. The room itself had a great layout and was big enough to accommodate the girls, but the hotel is old and the room was a little dirty. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom and the carpet didn’t look real clean and the sofa bed was really old and had rips.

Room was excellent great view of the pool and very nice amenities including the kitchen. Staff were nice and breakfast had a good selection.

The Front desk woman was very friendly and helpfully and my room was very clean!

The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days.

They supposedly have quiet hours but we couldn’t sleep because our neighbors were loud!!! Had a couple bugs in the bed (ants) . Couldn’t even sleep well. $3 to park??? WHY????? They don’t even give a parking pass or anything so how would they know???? Would not recommend.

Proximity to amenities. Very helpful staff. Decent room for brief stay. Nice, thoughtful goody bag!

Quiet, nice and cozy. Cooking facilities. All items were available which made it very convenient. Did like the bathroom with the outside sink

Food was okay

We arrived and there seemed to be a party going on in the front lobby. It seemed there was one person working and 4 just hanging around. The hallway once you entered our building had piled up trash bags in the corner and the smell was not pleasant. The room was very worn down and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the hotel opened. It was clean and quiet but I thought I had booked a room with a king size bed and it had a full. This was not at all what I expected and was disappointed enough to consider staying one night and then staying somewhere else for the next night. We will definitely not be staying here again.

We moved to a different room and it was infested with ants.checked out at night went to another hotel! Would not ever get a room there again!

Cons: Shampoo and conditioner left by (presumably) the prior guest was in the shower when I arrived. That was very off-putting. It didn’t feel safe to walk around the area.

breakfast was probably the best part o the hotel stay bed was very uncomfortable.

Clean the staff was great
