The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very pleasant

I like that the tv had Netflix made it feel like home

Parking was good. Check in was ok - employee spoke so fast that I couldn't understand what she said and when I told her that she just repeated her check in script exactly as fast as the first time. The non carpeted floors in the common areas and room felt sticky, like juice or pop had been spilled and not cleaned up. Bathroom - I have never experienced such a poorly done bathroom in a hotel, it was ridiculously small so you had to go all the way in and squeeze beside either the toilet and vanity or toliet and bathtub in order to shut the door. Bed itself was not very comfortable and half the pillows (3) were ok and half (3) were flat. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am however was still not fully set up and ready to go at 6:15am when I had to leave for work so while it was "included" I was not able to experience it. The pool was great and the best part of my stay but also had a glitch connected to it - the sign in the room bathroom said if using the pool not to take a towel from the room and that there were towels poolside except that there were not any unused towels left and no staff around to request a towel from - I had taken my own personal beach towel so my son also used it so he would not have to walk back to the room dripping water all the way. Also, extremely frustating that there was not an ice machine on the second floor or in the breakfast area for this size hotel. Overall, my stay was overpriced for my experience.

Well I stayed there for the heated pool it was freezing cold I didnt get any reward points for my stay

I felt uncomfortable at this hotel - I can't describe it, but the vibe felt 'off'. There was a party in the parking lot (unsure if it was fellow guests or locals) - there was yelling and screeching tires until 5 am. Used the pool and, during the day, the windows create a greenhouse effect and the air was easily 100 degrees. Breakfast was a highlight, but they had trouble keeping it stocked. Floor in the room felt oily and, while I didn't see bugs (except a dead spider), I found a few suspicious black flecks on the comforter and in the sheets. Will avoid this place in the future.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Trash was left in the closet. The shower had mold that was caulked over and there were what appeared to be fluids all over around the room and on furniture. The room smelt like smoke. The pool area had dirty towels all over and no clean towels available. We were there less than an hour and decided to leave. There appeared to only be one staff member working. They did offer us to change rooms but the hallways weren't clean either and we decided we would rather leave.

Breakfast was ok, pool water was too cold but the kids didn’t care. Overall our stay was fine for the occasion

Our stay was wonderful, staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was nice, pretty quiet and comfortable.

This Best Western is also a great value!

There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The continental breakfast was fair. The hotel itself is a bit run down. There was peeling wallpaper and a dirty sock was left under the bed which we did not see until our last day.

The facilities were okay. The pool was available. I enjoyed the quiet. The bathroom was really tiny. But overall I would stay again for the price. I think breakfast was the best.

Breakfast is always amazing. She does her best 100% to make sure it is pulled out every minute always with a smile and she hustles. I’m a cook right now. Excellent service she needs a raise.

Breakfast could use some improvements. Bed sheet on my last day had a yellow stain at the foot of the bed.

This property needs perfect renovation like paint, carpet. restroom and others. Everything is good you can use it and stay but with renovation you can get more people to stay. Breakfast not good but okay just to have a cup of drink and fly away. We were 4 people not satisfied but for one night is okay

Hotel was ok for a short stay, breakfast was lower than average.
