From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great energy, friendly staff, quiet, clean and welcoming environment. An amenity I particularly enjoyed was the little store they had in the lobby where you can get late night snacks or even a Tylenol if needed, a Starbucks where you can get coffee and a lite convenient breakfast. It is next-door to Von Maur, which came in handy because we were in town for a family member’s funeral and my husband left his suit at home and had to rush and get a suit last minute. The location of the property was definitely convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to book here in the future when visiting Family in Detroit.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and had a great time. The hotel staff was nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is great, near the highway so easy access to everything. Overall, it is a great place to stay whenever next time I'm in town.

The room was very clean. There was an incident in the room above us about 2:00 am in the mornings. A voice that appeared to be from a young man, was screaming that someone was hurting him and to stop. Blood hurling screams. Don’t know what that was about.

Clean, friendly, safe No free coffee except in the room but it wasn’t very good. Other hotels offer free coffee and tea all day long.

That’s the only area they’re lacking in guest room attendants It took 20 minutes for supervisor to come for me to show that. I didn’t actually drink a bottle of water. That’s the only negative thing I could say. They were right I was using the same bottle to save money even that I’m retired and being in Michigan is good water.
