My check in experience was not acceptable. Took almost two hours ! Was all around an issue with the payment from Expedia to the hotel. No management was available to assist. Very disappointed

Breakfast was great. The room was great size and reasonably priced. The location was terrific. The bed was like sleeping on rocks. I purchased mattress toppers so we could sleep because there was no way to sleep on that bed.

Everything was bad. The hotel room smelled. The bathroom smelled like weed. The AC was broken and they had a portable AC which was taped together and barely working. The worst hotel experience of my life.

The hotel and room doesn't look like the way it is presented in the pictures. The property looks old and the room lighting is dull.

It was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room furnishings and fixtures are very tired and old, lampshade was broken, no outlets or phone chargers near bed, both the sink and the bathtub were clogged and draining slowly, dishwasher not unloaded

The hotel is old, crumbling, and in need of serious repairs. Parts of the ceiling were missing and had holes. Carpet old and moldy.

The bed was horrible. I bought a mattress topper so I could sleep a bit better.

Great stay with some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have experienced at a hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful but Marriott should not own this property. Will not return. And not sure I’ll ever stay in a Marriott Residence Inn again.

Property is a bit tired. But the room with a bedroom and kitchenette was very comfortable. And the price was right. I would stay again.

Location The hotel is very old and outdated. Carpets are old. Lighting is dim and hard to put make up on. A/C units didnt work Mattresses are old and crack when you move disturbing sleep. Bathrooms not clean, floor boards not wiped. Had sinus issues when departing and feel there is mold in rooms throughout the hotel and hallways.

Location Units not cleaned well, lighting dim and mattresses are old and crack when moving which disrupts sleep. Had sinus issues after 3 nights and smell mold in hallways and room. Other rooms were smoking pot and filtered through hallway.
