Location walk in shower no tub the prefilled bath products in shower and at the sink Check out time was too early or else you had to pay for a late checkout . Breakfast should run from 7-10 am

Not sure what property these other people are reviewing but you definitely get what you pay for!! The room was dirty, weird stains on the furniture, a/c did not function properly and the worse part was the noise! All night my rest was disrupted by neighbors, people walking around and loud stereos chilling in the parking lot. Unless your looking for somewhere to party without interference I would steer far away from this place!

I have stayed here before a concert at Concord Pavilion and it was fine. A lot of people stay for concert. This time there was no guide on the remote control. Anyways, I asked for help and they sent up maintenance guy who could do nothing? Basically, he said someone came in to program all the TVs and didn’t give them that function. I was just supposed scroll the channels manually without a guide. This might seem like nothing but it was certainly a feature I’ve enjoyed before so being without it was a big deal. They never said anything. I paid the same price I always pay, didn’t get any discount and wasn’t even warned. I could not believe this was the way they were operating? I was pleased with the bed, room and TV/Cable but was very disappointed with the amenities. A remote control without a guide is basically useless in 2026!

The location is great. There’s different eateries,grocery stores and department stores really close by. The AC wasn’t working properly and the floor was uneven.

Didn’t like that it looked very cheap compared to other best westerns with similar price points

The menu is good bat everyday it’s the same ..so I don’t like … The pool it’s nice…

The bed was amazing. It was a firm mattress but it was perfect. The bathroom was very spacious, mind you we did get the ADA accommodation room. The only downside was the fire alarm woke us up at 7:11 am. Apparently someone was doing something naughty in the early hours. But that just proves that the fire alarms work lol. The fire station is right across the street so you can hear the alarms once in a while. One downside was that the shower chair once folded was a bit moldy underneath so I didn’t want to use that but everything else was great.

Clean room, quiet property. Hot breakfast was offered and convenient. Would stay here again.

Parking not monitored. People sleeping in cars. Someone stole husbands tail light covers off his truck in the middle of the night. Also booked King w/ jetted spa, but given standard King. Was offered a double because no King was available w/ jetted tub.

I stayed here a week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Two different mornings I was awoken by a woman screaming because the staff was in process of evicting her unless she paid. The other morning was the fire alarm going off two times before 7 am. The location worked for me. There is a Nations next door. I would stay there again.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. There are breakfast isn't amazing they have so many different options to choose from.

The room smelled harshly of chemicals. This place is nothing I would stay bat ever again.
