-Paid for uograded jet tub but tub and jets dirty and build up on them -Coffee maker broken and leaking -sign for ice and vending on first floor hiwever none there. Later found on 2nd floor -Bed and pillows very comfortable -Quiet and housekeeping friendly -Good breakfast and coffee in the lobby

The room was clean but there was a homeless man in the hallway by the ice machine charging his phone for hours and smoking in a no. Smoking area and no one came to make him leave at all ever
-
I had a room for pets- it was reasonably clean, but smelled like it had once been a smoking room. The window wouldn't open; the latch was broken and it looked like it had been bolted shut. The vanity sink handle was leaking badly - I don't think that could have been overlooked so it either wasn't reported by housekeeping or just wasn't repaired. Front desk staff was great!

Pros: friendly staff, pretty safe feeling area, cold AC Cons: Booked a room with jetted tub but then didn't have hot water for 2 out of 3 days we were there. Pillows were well past the point of having to be replaced. I know you get what you pay for but just want to save someone else the waste of money with so many other options in area.

The room smelled really strong of cigarettess

Older couple are sweet. The residents who live there are kind of gross. No pool sucks.

Date: JULY 15, 2026 REASON: FAULTY DOOR LOCK, BREAK-IN, between 4-5p. The room door was locked. *I believe entry was gained by defeating the door (sliding a card or similar object between the door and frame). * The hotel reportedly had no security cameras covering the area. * The loss exceeded several thousand dollars and included: * Laptop * $3,400 cashier’s check * 2 pairs of prescription eyeglasses * Other personal property; Cotopaxi backpack & valuable supplements * Police responded and a report was made. Maintenance needs to be fired. Huge NEGLIGENCE!!!

It turned out cleaner and safer than i expected, as the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy(there were police handling homeless fights down the street). I was worried about my sporty Lexus IS350 in the parking lot, but because they have their own designated lot, everything turned out fine. My only complaint would be that the electrical is a bit strange: the lights and the T.V. all flickered continuously, about once every 2-5 minutes or so, and although this didn't bother me, other people who are sensitive to this might be annoyed by it(this caused the picture on the T.V. to glitch as well). The room was clean, and the bed was pretty comfy, not to mention fairly large(both the room and the bed). There was even a jacuzzi bathtub, although, i didn't try out the jets to see if it actually worked. Breakfast was simple, but still very filling and coffee was great, too. Overall, a great place to stay if you just need a place to rest for the night.

Nice and clean

Was great !!

The rooms are ok. The jet tub didn’t have the right stopper. We didn’t know we had to ask for room service…. But the staff? Wonderful. I cannot stress how important a staff is to a property.

No elevator was very hard for my wife.

The hotel is ok. It is not new you can tell it. It is clean but it is just old.

The upstairs guest was up bumping on the floor and playing music until nearly 2 o'clock in the morning. I called the front office about it and no one answered. And to make matters worse, we woke up the next morning to take showers. Only to find there was mold all inside the shower. I've stayed at other Best Westerns in the past. But this one was horrible.

There was no water!! For a 3 day stay!! The lobby smelled like mold. The front desk did say they understand if we wanted to cancel. Very nice, so we did cancel. However, we booked thru a third party, Expedia, we were not offered a refund from them!!! Terrible.. will never us again.

Exceptional

Everything. The breakfast was excellent. The water pressure in the morning wasn't working very well.
-
First they forgot to mention that they didn't have warm water till you got there. The tub handle had to be reattached. There was old clothing hanging in bathroom, the jetted tub was useless without hot water, and was dirty. There was mold under the cushion of room chair. The trash can still had trash on it. Never will we visit that dump again.

The location was ok. The room had obviously once been an apartment; there was a stovetop covered over with a glued down, brown-painted board; the hood, fan and bright light bulb, which still worked, were all intact. The cupboards to the side reflected the same. Additionally the property was dirty, lots of trash and at check out time each day, various cars, like buzzards, circled the parking lot, awaiting an open, unattended vehicle, from guests who were checking out.
