I would not EVER stay at this hotel ever again! The staff does not care was borderline rude, the room was dirty, the hotel has roaches that were in the bathroom every time I turned on the light, on my check out day I saw and ook a video of what Google called a bed bug, there were water stains on the ceiling, a musty moldy smell in the whole room. The general state of repair of the whole place was not good. I will say the only good thing is its proximity to shopping.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Curtains were broken, so they didn't close properly. The beds were old, uncomfortable and smelled bad. The furniture in the room is falling apart. Some of the front desk employees were not friendly. The entire hotel could use a deep clean badly.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good. The bathroom still had hair on the floor and tub looked dirty. Bathrooms also had no ventilation for moisture and not enough towels.

It look cozy in the description. Was going to stay at Fairfield, should have. Akia was great, friendly and helpful! Stopped for night so could relax and watch football. Checked in at 4 pm, first room they sent me to had not been cleaned! Second room smell of mold, found a bag of damp rid in closet that should have been changed long ago. Sent me to another room that was worse. Gave it one more shot and that worked. It was 7:30 until I got settled in, missed kick off. Should have just finished the drive. The final room was what I was expecting. Breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good and clean area, lobby is nice. The rooms need a lot of work, some deep cleaning! No one should have to smell mold.

Older hotel. My room had an odd odor. It was very quiet. Good value for the money but could use a deep clean.

The room was large and the air cool! The staff was helpful with our questions about Conway and restaurants. Breakfast was a great tasty surprise.

The couch had white stains on them. The room wasn’t clean. I was outside in my car majority of the time. Roach in the bathtub. I didn’t get to take a shower. The room didn’t smell clean. 1 towel had old blood stains. It was horrible

The room was nice and cool. There was mold on the wall next to the tub There was mold along the grout of the tub. The tub was not sufficiently slip protected. I almost took a tumble. I realize that housekeeping is on request - but 5 days and I never saw anything being cleaned The breakfast was cold every morning The comforter had stains. I asked 3 times for the TV to be fixed. never was. When I asked for someone to look at it - the morning desk person was not happy.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They accommodated me because of my disability.

I would describe this a tired property with lots of deferred maintenance. I had stayed there a couple of times in the past and it was a great hotel but no longer. The check in clerk barely acknowledged us and did as little as possible. The hot tub has been removed and filled in with concrete, the ice machine on the second floor has been removed, the stairwell fire door had its closer removed and was propped open. The ac unit in our room rumbled and vibrated all night. The room cleanliness was barely acceptable. After making myself a cup of coffee I observed a lot of “debris” floating in my cup and dumped it. The free breakfast was so lacking that we just decided to get dressed and leave. We won’t stay there again. Lots of other choices nearby, which may explain the hotel’s condition.

The area was nice the bed was comfortable Tha carpet was dirty and smelly the chair was dirty as well short water pressure wasn't strong enough for the price I paid it should have been alot better condition
