We saw 4 different rooms at this hotel due to the problems with the rooms. The first room we were given had an unmade bed and pillows on the floor. The second room had a fast food bag in it. The third room was filthy…carpet had more stains than clean areas as did the couch, even every lampshade was covered in stains and the lamps didn’t work.. Bathroom floor was covered in hair. The fourth room we just tolerated after all the moves but not any cleaner. Girl at the front desk was helpful and a note was left for manager, Ami, but still have not heard anything from Ami. The breakfast had rubberlike omelets…so in no way made up for the lack in the rooms. I would not stay here again if you paid me to.

But. At check-in, we were assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned since the last occupant. Like wet towels on the floor. We were quickly and graciously reassigned but the next room had musty odor and the furniture felt almost damp from humidity in the room. Hence, the musty smell. There were cobwebs in the corners. The next morning, I left the room to get coffee. While I was gone the electronic key system failed and I was locked out of the room. It took more than an hour to get back into the room. I couldn’t get out fast enough!

She was the highlight of the stay, it went downhill from there. We were given keys to our 2 rooms. 1st room the door was crackked open, the TV was on, towels were on the floor and beds were not made. (Not cleaned, no big deal mistakes happen.) 2nd Room also not clean bed blank and sheets down, obviously slept in, room not cleaned. Again no big deal mistakes happen. Back down to the front desk. The attendant was very apologetic and moved us to new rooms. Again, mistakes happen no problem. New rooms. Upon entering there was an immediate musky/mildew smell. Upon looking up the ceiling was covered in mold. It reached from the outside wall over to above the bed. Back down to the front desk. Again the clerk was apologetic (However did not see surprised) and moved us to another room once again. Unfortunately not a location we would recommend or stay at ever again.

The first room was unacceptable...dirty, smelled bad, stained bedding. We asked to be moved. 2nd room ok. Fitness center & hot tub both closed. Pool did not look inviting. Would not stay there again.

The one good thing was it had cold air!! This is an older Hotel and it shows, the carpet looks old and nasty, the furniture is old, and we didn’t dare sit on the couch, it had so many stains it was scary. I think we way overpaid for this room for what it was. Thankfully we were only there one night. This probably could be a nice place just needs some remodeling done.

Kind staff

This hotel is very aged and in need of some updating, but more so, removing things like mold and badly stained carpets and even bathtubs. The bed felt clean enough, but the room itself had really seen better days. In the bathroom, mold was thick at the bottom of the tub. Inside the tub, there was a large brown stain the curtain hadn't been changed either. You get one, tiny soap and the tube of lotion left for the guest was there, but it was empty. I mean.. really? Our room had no water, coffee packets and the vending machines on our floor was "out of order". The reviews said they have a very decent breakfast compared to the others in the same area, but I don't see how that is even remotely true. It was truly awful with some frozen and reheated egg omelette from Sam's Club and grey link sausages that were cooked from frozen. One plus for the place - their coffee was very good and the girl who checked us in when arriving was very nice and friendly.

Check in was good. Good location. Friendly staff. The room condition was poor. There was a dead bug on the floor when we walked in as well as stains on the carpet and all bedding had stains also. There was a weird brown smudge on the wall beside the bed. There was a live bug on my son’s pillow as he was about to go to sleep. My socks were damp after walking around the room. We almost left - would not stay here again.

Best place to stay in central Arkansas.

Basic hotel, pretty average on things.

There is not enough parking for the hotel you may get stuck parking across the street. Breakfast was decent the young lady that checked us in was by herself with a long line waiting to check in (not enough help) kept her composure and was very helpful and polite.

The hotel was alright. It was clean but not very well maintained over the years. The breakfast was pretty basic, and the fitness center was closed. Most of the vending machines were out of order but I don’t suppose that is directly the hotel’s fault. I probably would not stay here again if we have other options.

The room was dirty! Lampshade was ripped.c cracked, nicotine stained, just disgusting. My bedding had dirt at the bottom of it, and there was definitely pet hair in my room. The phone was company key unplugged, we put it back together and it didn’t work, the blow dryer was ripped off the wall and didn’t work, there were flying bugs (about 3 of them) buzzing around my head all night and they were not flies! I told the lady during check out that I was not satisfied with the room and she said I can file a complaint and chuckled as I walked outside. The young lady that helped us with check in was very nice polite & kind. I will not stay in another Radisson hotel

Also be careful as bathtub was very slippery hopefully no one falls Fitness room was permanently closed also Breakfast was below standards

My friend and I had a girl's night.very clean and comfy. All was good for us

I was disappointed there was only one chair in the room. One of us had to sit on the bed rather in a chair. Lighting tended to be on the dark side.
