I was at the property a total of 10 minutes. Lots of dog crap in the parking lot. The room had smashed roaches on the floor. The hot tub had dead bugs in it. Missing light bulbs. The refrigerator had mold and standing water in it. We walked right back out drove to the front desk. Paid through Expedited so they are the 3rd party responsible for the refund. The Expedia telehelp I called said I would get a refund. We will see. It’s been nearly 48 hours and no refund. Gross place don’t recommend.

Staff was good blanket were not dried all the way but that fine pool was nice

Great location at a reasonable rate. Noisy neighbors; however, they did quite down by around 10 PM.

Location Horrible customer service, stole my pillow and won’t give back, the breakfast was muffins and bagels that were old so each day we had to buy breakfast. I am handicap and they put me on 2nd floor and said no rooms left on first floor but one of the coaches booked a room Friday after I was there and he got a ground floor room so make that make sense. So they refused to assist a handicapped person. Room was filthy, toilet was peeling paint, and fridge omg throw it out it was so nasty.

This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.

Better than expected. Nice, VERY clean and might I add I am germiphob so I did a little extra cleaning lol…. Hot tub was a blessing.

There was a sour smell in the rom coming from the bathroom. Later I saw a water bug coming from being the toilet

N/A The room was moldy. Baseboards coming off. The room smelled musty. Soap scum on the shower. The toilet was low sitting, my wife who is handicapped had a hard time getting up. The hotel was rated a four star when I book it, but it was more like a two star. Not worth the $ 100.00 charge. Very disappointing ?.

The check in female was friendly, but when I turned in the key in the morning, the male clerk could have been a bit more pleasurable. I handed him my key and he said nothing. The room was great and I liked the light breakfast. I ride my motorcycle and do not really like to eat heavy before I get on the bike.
