Courtyard by Marriott Conway

Breakfast was prepared quickly and it was nice to sit in the courtyard to eat it.

If you are coming from Little Rock, they will charge you a $250 deposit. I had stayed here before and was not charged this so I was shocked. This was not stated at all on Expedia. Expedia also has the check out time wrong. I contacted Expedia about this deposit since it was not stated at all when booking. They threw up their hands and I went through several reps that didn't even understand what I was talking about. This visit single-handedly made me never want to stay at this hotel again and also NEVER use Expedia again.

A/C was on auto but still ran all night long.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel it was conveniently located close to shopping and great restaurants. Most definitely will book again.

The entire facility was clean and very nice. The staff was helpful and the area felt safe. There were main streets nearby but the room was plenty quiet. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Nothing that I can identify.

Location There were cleaning supplies left I. Our bathroom, the trashcan was on top of the toilet, the glass plate in the microwave was out and the three piece trashcan was not put together. Not big deal breaking things, but it looked like the room wasn’t quite finished.

Wish they had a complimentary breakfast but did have a small restaurant/bar to purchase food and good amount of snacks to purchase.

The breakfast was not included At least fresh fruits pastry or coffee wasn't the cleanest Slow staff team.

Cleanliness The price of breakfast could be lower seeing how most hotels offer free continental. $13.50 is a little much for a breakfast burrito

I liked that Starbucks coffee was served on the property. I wish it or a better coffee was on the rooom

Stayed 2 nights and room wasn’t turned. Had to replenish my towels and wash clothes myself.

We enjoyed our stay. Checking in was a great experience. Dianna was kind and helpful.

We had a great stay at the Conway Courtyard. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. This is a new property and everything was in excellent condition and pristine. We had a suite and it was huge! Very close to restaurants and shopping and about a 7 minute drive to UCA campus. Highly recommended and will stay here again! The only downside is breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks bistro in the lobby and also a Starbucks about a minute away. Great area and superb experience!

The staff was so kind, and the location was so clean and well kept. The hallways were very hot, but the room itself was nice and cool.
