The lobby was hot and only one person to check in

The staff was so kind, and the location was so clean and well kept. The hallways were very hot, but the room itself was nice and cool.

All of the linens were white and clean, like new. Couldn't hide any dirt or stains if there were any! It was very quiet, like I was the only one there. Loved the shower! Spent an hour in it! I really couldn't think of anything.

The staff even went above and beyond to ensure the dress i left was returned to me.

Bar was good. I didn't try the Breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Room was clean and no issues.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient. The only complaint was the pillows were a little flat but past that was a great stay.

Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in. The manager was rude and said he would offer us a free Starbucks. We explained that we were there for a wedding that started in 2 hours and needed to get ready. He said that we could use the public restroom in the hotel. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and try to check in again. When we went back there was a 30 minute line. As rewards members with Marriott, we will not be staying here again.
