The only issue I had was having to walk upstairs with bags instead of an elevator. Staff was extremely nice and friendly.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was conveniently located to dining, gas station, etc. and the neighborhood felt very safe.

Dirty room, dirty sheets, uncomfortable. A true waste of money

A bit oversold on the quality of the rooms. Sink seemed very slow to drain. Overall, a value hotel.

We were there four nights and housekeeping did not come for any of the three days. The hotel would not provide any compensation for these issues.

They didn't make the beds, empty the trash, or have clean towels there when we returned to our room! So ow clean is it really?! Never again. There is no elevator!!! The staff were nice, housekeeping was terrible. The hotel itself was ok. The rooms are extra small. The breakfast was ok. The parking is free.

Showerhead need change, breakfast needed work, and the pool area needed cleaned.

Shower containers of shampoo and body wash were empty Towels provided were sub par in quality

Ants all over my room. Moved to another room and same ant problem. No apology or reimbursement. Very unsatisfied

Distance between bed and air conditioner very tight made it difficult to get out of bed on one side. No beds made between two nights of our stay found that odd. Otherwise would stay here again
