When we checked in they could not give us a key because the system was down. Someone had to let us in our room whenever we left it. The pool was out of order. The elevator was out of order. The breakfast was non existent. The room was dirty. The sofa in our room looked like it was just dug out of the dumpster. The staff was nice, but don’t stay here

im very grateful for the price being that i was in an emergency situation but it was fairly dirty, side doors unlocked. TV never worked and the bathroom was filthy.

The Baymont by Wyndham in Coon Rapids is disgusting, crackhouse bad. It was sketchy outside. Inside wasn't better. My family was in the twin cities for a week and that hotel was the only place I was really glad I was armed. I recommend you be as well

Charged me twice for the wrong room. Had to contact Expedia to help straighten out. Toilet clogged before we got there. No blankets for beds. Several bags of trash in second level stairwell. Several used tires near back entrance. Elevator out of order. Weeds everywhere.

It was pretty dirty. The bathroom towels were stained. And we found a random glove under the bed. There was also hair on the bathroom floor when we got there.

Staff monitors the waffle maker so you can have only one waffle. The hotel smells of dampness.

Terrible experience. Dirty, out dated, TV didn't work, bathroom looked like my kid cleaned it, broken floor tiles, hair in the shower prior to us using it. Complimentary soap and lotion was USED, nasty! Room was noted "non smoking" but it stunk terribly like cigarettes. Front desk guy was kind but didn't seem to care much about his job. Decent price for the room, but for $205 a night... not worth it at all. Sent a complaint to Wyndham corporate as well.

The guy (Rahul) at the reception forgot that I had checked in and came "checking" @ 3:00 AM, ruining my sleep for the night !! Also, it was a very "sparsely" populated "free breakfast table" , with hardly anything available. Elevator not functioning.

Room was not cleaned well -dust everywhere, mold/stains in bathroom, clock and phone stacked on top of each other, remote for tv look like it was just thrown behind it and left where it landed. The room smelled VERY STRONGLY OF SMOKE- Even though the doors all say no smoking. Transient people everywhere in parking lot, at side doors with side doors propped open by rocks, someone storing there very used bicylce inside stairwell by side door- got feeling these people were living there. Pool and elevator not functioning. Breakfast was very questionable. Ended up not staying here after first night check in and only stayed because checked in very late in the evening (midnight). Front desk charged me for my stay and said my expedia purchase didnt go through even though I showed charges and receipts!- Wouldnt accept that or try to problem solve just got defensive and said nothing can do. Refer back to the manager who is never around/available- still waiting for call back and my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Elevator broken, pool in repairs, exit door blocked open, no protein items at breakfast, limit on waffles-- only one and ask the attendant to make it

The room wasn't very clean. The linens looked not changed. There weren't any towels in the bathroom. When we got there we had to plug everything in and hope it was going to work. The elevator was not working. The carpet felt very dirty on your feet.

The pool was out of service as was the elevator, the rooms were disgusting with used diabetic sharps on the floor, I nearly stepped on. Breakfast was nothing, 1 waffle limit, which i did not want due to the filthiness of the motel. The furniture was screwed together where drawers didnt work, microwave, and hair dryer did not work. Large hole in wall, windows broken,hallways smelled like pet urine, no wash cloths given. I stressed my concerns and the front desk employee was not the least bit interested. The smell of Marijuana was ridiculous as it seemed in my room.

Elevator was broke. And normally stairs wouldn’t bother me. However, walking past all extended stay rooms, Wreaked of pot!!!!!

The heater smelled, the furniture was in poor condition, the linens need replacing. The first room had a toilet that wasn’t functioning. The second room I was in had a tub I wouldn’t use There was garbage left outside the rooms. Not a good place to stay. Sorry I did
