Quality Inn near Northtown Mall & National Sports Center

Rooms were unfit for anybody to stay in. We tried 3 different rooms. They either had dirt on the sheets/pillows, or clumps of "something" on the bathroom vanity, or a 5 gallon bucket under the sink in the bathroom. All had dirt all over the floors. We ended up leaving, didn't even stay. Bummer.

Accused me of smoking in my room which was a lie..and threaten to charge me 250$..the smell in the building was horrible and I will never ever stay there again

Stained bed sheets, staff not present for an hour terrible checkin. Building is fairly clean. 90 percent of breakfast choice not present. Just eaffle maker and waffle mix. No tea no milk not even juice few slices of bread and toaster. That is it

The place is the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Everting was brooking including the AC unit in the room, the bath tub looks it hasn’t been cleaned for months. There was a big nail in the bathroom door floor that I almost tripped on. The bathtub water smells like straight up garbage. it smells so bad we ended up not taking a shower, the pool was not working and the entire property was dirty from top to bottom including the outside of the property. The bedrooms were left unclean, if I could give a zero I would have. We were supposed to stay for 2days but I did check us out the very next day , early in the morning. I have been to so much Quality inn before but this is the most trashy place I have ever been to, this Quality inn is horrible. Even the staff were horrible as well , they have zero customers service experience at all. My goodness I wish I didn’t even spend on single night at this God forsaken place. Everything , every single thing . Zero customer service experience they know nothing about cleanliness , the place needs some serious cleaning up and up to date appliances, their water coming out of the sink needs to be checked asap

The pool was closed for..... HEALTH reasons! The entire building was moldy and bug infested. We did not stay.

The room was OK, but Stay was not as good as I anticipated from the last time I stayed there. The cooler was working, but not the blowing of the cooler itself. When you first got to the room, the key didn’t work so I went downstairs got a new key and then when I pulled the lever to the door down, nothing happened wouldn’t click so I had to go back downstairs to watch the Desk clerk went upstairs to the room with me and showed me that the lever is to pull up, which doesn’t make sense because majority of the rooms that I stated and all the hotels I had to handle like that would be pressed down not up. And there was only two sets of towels, which is the standard because there were two beds in the room, but there were three of us so I went back downstairs and got an extra set of towels and also got an extra box of Kleenex because the box in the bathroom was completely empty and the cover of the Kleenex box itself was rusty spotted looking. And I still don’t understand why there’s not an elevator for the second floor rooms.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like a smoke shack. The carpet in our room was sticky and turned your feet black if you walked barefoot. It also looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. Only 2 out of the 6 lights above the bathroom sink worked. There were empty beer bottles under the bed. Car air fresheners hanging from the lamp. The pool wasn't open at all. The breakfast was a joke with options of eggs and sausage and waffles that tasted like cardboard. The only option for drinks was milk that was expired and coffee that did not taste good. Honestly not sure how they pass any inspections.

Room cleanliness left at lot to be desired. Lots of deferred maintenance, not soundproof, not well stocked, no kleenex, no hand towels

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! What an absolute joke. I have stayed in some bad hotels, but overall this was arguably the worst.

The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling. There was a broken window screen, just sitting in the lobby, and there was a big heavy cord ran outside one of the doors all the way down from one end of the hallway to another.The juice machine for the continental breakfast was out of order and there were no napkins.The price was reasonable but i will probably never stay there again.

I didn’t stay it was too dirty and scary Dirty and crowded in parking lot was scary

I had a great experience! They were able to accommodate us when the room next to us had a dog that was barking nonstop. Great welcoming staff!

The stsff were friendly but the property was run down. the room furniture, carpet and duvet had stains.
