Best Western Colonial Inn

We loved staying there it was the 1st time!! We had no problems!! Front desk Staff could of been a lil nicer but they are ok...I really loved that there was no traffic noises!

Room had hair in the bed, hair in the shower, food on the floor, no shower curtain, the furniture moved around with a lamp in the center of the floor on a chair. AC unit and fridge were really loud. Light pours into room from hall because door doesn’t have a good seal. Dead cockroach on the patio. Check-in was weird as they lock up the lobby at 11pm so from 11-12 you talk through a window slot. Do not recommend at all.

The room was clean and they had a good breakfast. We stayed on our way to Florida and decided to specifically book a room on our way back home.

The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. That would be my only complaint, otherwise it is a straight forward hotel.

When we checked in, the staff were helpful. We got to our first room, yes, I said first room, & the state of the room was unfit for dwelling. There was water damage on the ceiling with parts of it falling down, the same was in the bathroom. There was molding coming away from the wall in the room, carpeting was ripped by the back door, the shower wouldn't turn off so there was a stream of running water. When I took my shower, the curtain rod was falling down & the curtain kept falling open to the center from both sides so I had to take a shower while trying to hold the curtain shut, there was what looked like mildew on the bathroom walls, toilet cracked, tile was missing from the wall. There was a hole in the wall where the door had knock it. I went & complained about the state of the room, so they moved us across the hall to another room, which came with its own issues. The curtains at the windows were stained, torn & dirty, the bathroom sink faucet was broken & whistling like a tea kettle. A nighttime staff came & told me to jiggle the handle to stop the noise & said that some one would fix it in the morning. The maintenance man came & turned the water off under the sink & never came back to fix it. The cord was missing from the phone & the furniture had stains. There were huge 2" roaches in the hallways. I keep getting the run around from staff, trying to get some sort of compensation from the management (Terry Cobb). I'm going to contest this with Expedia. Very unhappy!

The staff and stay was amazing. My favorite place to stay when I visit Cordele.

Clean room

The night staff were great and the breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

The moment you arrive you feel safe, secure and especially you feel at home. The staff are attentive, the rooms feel like home. The furnished rooms are not made this nice by cutting corners. The breakfast out does Cracker Bzrrell. Every thing shines and is well polished . It was peacefull quite, and sleep came easy. Great Place.

Dog friendly hotel with a large and very nice green space for dogs. Great hot and cold breakfast buffet with outdoor patio for our dog was another wonderful amenity. Right off the highway was convenient for our travel plans.

We selected a handicap accessible room. All of the handicap spaces were taken by those who were there for a party up stairs. There was even one car parked over 2 places. So we had to park and walk up and down the grassy hills to get to our room that was centrally located inside the hotel. Might seem no big deal but when you habe no tendons in your leg and use a walker it's unsafe. When I called staff for another room that was ACTUALLY accessible. I was asked what I thought they could do about it? Not helpful... room had broken box springs, I slept at the foot of the bed till I couldn't take it and slept sitting up on the couch. Shower faucet was not attached to the wall and came off when water pressure built up, toilet paper hardware pulls out from the wall... this is just one of the most run down places I've spent 100 bucks on in a very very long time. I was shocked. No help and booking from Hotels Com according to the manager means my complaints go to them. Just BAD, stay away. Pay the 30 bucks more and stay down the road.
