Very Disappointed. I stayed 5 nights. The room had an unpleasant smell. I opened the room fridge and reeked of alcohol. No one came to my room for a couple of days. They have very small trash cans and I had to go to the front desk for trash bags and fresh towels. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small. The corner popped off. I couldn't get it back on. I was going to use the guest laundry, but when I opened the washer door, there was mold on the seal. The dryer was dirty on the seal. The day I was leaving, there was no water in the room. Couldn't wash hands, use toliet or take a shower. There were other minor things. Will never stay there again.

Shower head was old, clogged, curtain was too short, messy shower experience, water everywhere.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Anthony went out of his way to provide assistance, and to ensure that everything was according to our expectation, very impressed and grateful that we chose to stay at this location.

We’ve stayed at this place many times before, and although it was not exactly a stellar establishment, it was adequate for our traveling needs. This time it was different. We’ll never stay there again.

The reception desk staff were very helpful during check-in. The chef prepared a delicious breakfast. Property is well kept and extremely clean. Nothing.

It’s right off the interstate so it’s easy to find. The rooms were quiet. The hotel in general was fine. When I got to my room, the couch that was in the room was clearly used for sex.. because the evidence was on the couch… also down the side of the couch there was something.. not sure if it was stained from someone throwing up.. who knows.. then in the floor there were stains that looked like poop or I don’t know what.. ? I called the front desk. They sent housekeeping.. the housekeeper was so sweet.. but these aren’t things she can really fix. She sprayed the couch down with what I assume is antibacterial spray and also the floor and then proceeded to scrub it with a scrub brush… it disappeared because it was wet.. she told me to just put a towel down so I didn’t get wet when I sat in it… lol… not sitting there. I ask for a different room. They said they were full and didn’t have another room. I was there on business so I needed to stay. I didn’t sit on any furniture and I wore shoes the entire time in my room. This is really unacceptable and disgusting. The housekeeping staff did what they knew how to do. It’s not their fault.. I can only hope the sheets and bedding were clean.. it seemed to be but that is disgusting. I will probably choose another hotel chain for my next trip. I don’t know if the hotel was full or not but the front desk didn’t seem interested in helping. Seemed rude and curt..
