Great facility, very clean, staff was great and breakfast was amazing Nothing everything was good

We’ve stayed at this place many times before, and although it was not exactly a stellar establishment, it was adequate for our traveling needs. This time it was different. We’ll never stay there again.

Perfect location for travelers

The reception desk staff were very helpful during check-in. The chef prepared a delicious breakfast. Property is well kept and extremely clean. Nothing.

Good and clean and for small family

It’s right off the interstate so it’s easy to find. The rooms were quiet. The hotel in general was fine. When I got to my room, the couch that was in the room was clearly used for sex.. because the evidence was on the couch… also down the side of the couch there was something.. not sure if it was stained from someone throwing up.. who knows.. then in the floor there were stains that looked like poop or I don’t know what.. ? I called the front desk. They sent housekeeping.. the housekeeper was so sweet.. but these aren’t things she can really fix. She sprayed the couch down with what I assume is antibacterial spray and also the floor and then proceeded to scrub it with a scrub brush… it disappeared because it was wet.. she told me to just put a towel down so I didn’t get wet when I sat in it… lol… not sitting there. I ask for a different room. They said they were full and didn’t have another room. I was there on business so I needed to stay. I didn’t sit on any furniture and I wore shoes the entire time in my room. This is really unacceptable and disgusting. The housekeeping staff did what they knew how to do. It’s not their fault.. I can only hope the sheets and bedding were clean.. it seemed to be but that is disgusting. I will probably choose another hotel chain for my next trip. I don’t know if the hotel was full or not but the front desk didn’t seem interested in helping. Seemed rude and curt..

The most comfortable bed! Super clean. Large room. Friendly & very helpful staff

Family suite was perfect. Hotel was up to date and clean. Staff was amazing. They baked fesh cookies, offered free coffeez tea, hot cocoa and flavored water. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff is very friendly, always helpful, always smiling!

Rooms were clean but showing age. Hotel staff was friendly, cookies upon arrival were a nice surprise. Hotel was easy to get to with plenty of restaurants nearby. Pillows were next to nothing.

I did not do too much in the area. I was there for work

The shower drain was broken, sink was clogged and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

This property made for an excellent stay! From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area.

Not have my room cleaned, housekeeping show up at 12:20 AM to clean the room, After I call Hilton before anyone came to our room. Even then we only got towels.
