Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty basic but it’s there. The parking lot is TIGHT and if the front lot is full, you don’t know until you pull in and have to back out. There’s no outlet or anywhere to turn around. The back lot is creepy at night. There was only one maybe two lights working so it was very dark. Both rooms we stayed in have an odor but we got used to it. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room but not really for any particular reason. The stairwells haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. Most ice machines don’t work. The water pressure was low. The beds are fine with flat pillows if you unbunch them. It’s not a horrible stay, but you can’t have high standards with such a low price.

Next time I will probably pay a little more to stay somewhere else. The walls and halls were dirty, there were stains everywhere. We had stayed at several places on this trip and this was definitely the dirtiest.

I would not stay there again.

Beds are tiny, but comfortable. Pillows are those square throw pillows and are ridiculous to sleep on. Pool is super clean & very chlorinated. My remote turned the TV on & the volume could be adjusted, but you couldn’t change the channel. Fridge was cold, microwave worked. Breakfast was only available 8-9 am

I checked in before we got there via an email that I received. When we got to the hotel they only showed a confirmation for 1 room when we should have had 3 rooms. I showed her my app with the 3 rooms. She kept telling me they were all booked up but had one room available we could pay for. She kept talking down to me like I did something wrong on my end. I couldn’t cancel because I would be out the money already paid and who knows if or when I could get it back. So our friends were gonna go to a different hotel. Then the owner or mgr got involved and all the sudden the computer showed the rooms available. The rooms smelled musky/moldy. The floor that wasn’t carpet was sticky feeling with shoes on. We kept them on when not in bed. The bed is made out of some kind of metal base that made a noise every time you moved. Would definitely not recommend

This is by far the worst place I’ve been in with the Wyndham name attached to it. It smelled musty, the door to the room looked broken, bathroom door didn’t want to close, and we woke up with bug bits. We will never come back and highly suggest people avoid this place.

Nice room, helpful staff, convinient location Breakfast could have bedn better, but then it is such a good value that this is a small detail

Every thing was perfect and the staff was amazing.

Location near restaurants, stores, main highway It is pretty rundown. Beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were terrible! It really needs updated.
-
The room was clean, parking is a bit cramped. But the staff is EXCELLENT and everything was GREAT!
-
The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. The staff was pleasant to speak to but not overly helpful. The parking lot was strange and small but there was an entrance at th3 back we could get into.

Nice, clean, reasonable price with great breakfast. I would stay here again if I will have a chance.

I had a couple other brief encounters. They were all friendly as well. The room was reasonably comfortable overall, and TV channel choices were plentiful, though there is no "sleep mode". Then there's everything else. -Mold in the walk-in shower -a handicapped seat in the shower, but no handheld shower - no way to even get wet -Bed linens were "short sheeted" - they were put on sideways and upon climbing in bed after a long day, I had to fight to pull the sheets up. Realized the problem the next morning and just dealt with it. -The ice machine seemed broken. One lady helped by dumping a glass full of ice in the machine. (I guess it's the thought that counts), but we eventually got ice. -ALL chairs in the breakfast area are nothing short of disgusting. -the bedside light did a disco dance everytime, until it became a solid glow -the back hall door didnt close securely, making security uncertain We booked this room for being less expensive than two similar hotels next door. But less expensive should not include mold in the bathroom or filthy chairs where one eats.

Upon arrival, I was greeted and all seemed well until I walked into the room assigned and the ceiling was falling in across the entire room, evident there had been an obvious sign of leaking water with possibility of the ceiling falling at any minute. The smoke detector was missing from what appeared to be where one hung previously. The sofa advertised in the room was clearly not in the room. I went to the front desk to inform them and they offered no apology simply handed me the keys to a different room directly below the room where the ceiling was falling in and smoke detector missing. I didn’t feel comfortable staying with my children so we returned the keys to the front desk and left. Still have yet to be refunded.

Quiet areas, hot water in the shower, and a very clean room! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in room 209, there’s a light out on the far right side of the bed. Other than that, the room was clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

I am writing to share the fantastic experience I had at your hotel, specifically thanks to Sunny at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, her customer service was beyond my expectations. She was professional, incredibly welcoming, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Employees like Sunny are rare, and she is a massive asset to your team. Please pass along my sincere thanks to her!
