Friendly staff

Nice, clean and convenient.

Room was clean. Property was well maintained. The staff were great. They didn’t mind us checking out late after we returned late from a hike. Breakfast was good, no eggs though. I’d stay here again.

The outside of the building, it looks dilapidated, when I woke up Sunday morning, there was no hot water, I went to the front desk, and I was told that the whole building was without hot water, this hotel should have zero stars, probably one of the worst experiences I had in my life.

It was a good price compared to the other hotels in the area. It needs some updating, flooring in room was buckling and coming apart and swimming pool was very underwhelming!

The location was great. Beds were made. Pretty comfortable room. AC worked. Friendly staff Couldn’t get into the bathroom because it’s so small. The whole room STUNK bad!! The AC leaked. The light didn’t work on one side. I do feel like it could’ve been worse. The beds were made and no stains. Friendly staff. Easy access to pool although the pool was trash. Cigarette butts everywhere. Not enough seating. It didn’t have much upkeep done in prior years. Needs a lot of work and it’s small. Not big enough for a hotel for multiple families. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more.

The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. So bad it wasn't even edible. Literally, after one bite of the sausage and one drink of the OJ, we walked out and went to Waffle House. Not only did the food taste bad, there was only sausage and egg pucks for warm options. There was cereal and bagels, too. The OJ was so watered down. And there seems to be a drunk man talking to the room at large complaining about the world at large. No shampoo/conditioner or lotion, no shower cap, no makeup remover wipes. Pretty standard items in most hotels were missing.

Our room was clean and the hotel staff were amazing. I wish there were a little more options for the breakfast but all in all a great hotel. This was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely be booking it in the future.

You can hear the noise from the people in the room upstairs until after 11:30 PM.

Staff was always available, by stores and restaurants.

Checked into hot room, no elevator, and no room service daily stay 3 nights… Water in tub slowly going down…😭😭😭

Everything was really good!!!
-
Good hotel stay, no problems except for the toilet is so close to the shower. Besides that I would stay here again

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and made alot of good recommendations. Lack of elevator and the small selection of breakfast lowered my rating. Price of room was worth it.

This time around, we opt for more an economical value stay for our trip since we will not be staying in the room much. It is an older hotel. If you are very picky I would not recommend this one. I had 2 rooms, luckily I grabbed the key to the room with the wood laminate floors. My mother had the room with the carpet still and it smelled like a dog has been living in it. Everything was like usual in my room for a $79/night stay. 1 or 2 towels had noticable brown stains(we just not use it). The fabric shower curtain had clear mold and stains on the outside part of it which was hard to unsee everytime you would hop in the shower. I went in not expecting much because we stayed here before. This time it was just a different experience. Will we book again for future trips....probably not unless there was no other options. But I have to say, the staff was helpful when I approached them with things. Location was great for us, we felt safe in parking lot. Just the interior may need some updating. It is a Quality Inn chain but it was ran more like a local mom and pop operation.

Staff at front desk were lovely The carpet was sticky on my feet and made them dirty
-
Breakfast, bed were average, bathroom was very small but adequate. Clock made noise during night.

I didn’t have hot water when I woke up Sunday morning, I went immediately downstairs to the front desk, and I was told that the whole building was without hot water, I told them that that was the only reason why I stayed there, that I could have slept in my camper and I wanted my money back, I was told that they did not give refunds, I asked to talk to the general manager, but he never gave me a call back, I don’t know if they just shut the hot water off to save themselves money now that the gas is so expensive or if they have some issues with the boiler, but anyway, I pay for some services that I did not get and I’m pissed

Location and staff Breakfast was skimpy. No waffle mix and no bacon or sausage. Pool needs some love.
