I’ve stayed at Ayres before - this one was a bit tired. It needs a refresh and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the sofa bed creaked at every turn. The breakfast was appreciated but the quality was lacking. We probably won’t stay here again.

Staff is very friendly. Check in is quick. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and they have a big selection of breakfast food.

As a non-smoking property... there were ashtrays on the patio tables... gross... not very appetizing to eat my breakfast near.

The room always felt damp.

Our stay was only one night, but it was disappointing to see that this establishment had roaches. Weather staying there for a long period of time or a short period of time, bug shouldn’t be an issue. We killed multiple of them. The free breakfast was a plus, but it’s ridiculous when you have two loads of clothes to wash and you’re paying four dollars each load, +4 dollars each load to dry. This wasn’t OK stay but I would not want to stay here again.
