Hampton Inn & Suites Riverside/Corona East

breakfast buffet was good and had a variety to choose from. all the employees were very welcoming and helpful. I don't remember all their names but Damian, Danny,all the ladies in the breakfast Buffett and the other ladies in the front desk were all vey pleasant and helpful.. there are fast food and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. So once we were parked for the night , there was no need to use the car to grab a bit to eat for dinner. Carl's was right in front of the hotel, and there was an Indian Restaurant that was really good called Azaad. I believe there were other asian restaurants in the area. But not necessarily within walking distance. Area is very nice and quiet. Very near the Loma Linda University satellite campus. We booked a king suite and it was very specious but the bed!!! It was not very comfortable @ all!! OMG!! We were there for three days and my back was hurting!!I loved the area and everything else is superb , but that bed was not very kind to my body!!

The worst part was the noise of the air conditioner. It was like a jet engine starting up. Wasn’t offered a different room but someone that didn’t work at the desk went and got me ear plugs. Which allowed me 5 hours 1 of the 2 nights. Can’t say enough about the employees of the hotel . There leadership will cost them at least my business.

Great room and hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice and the fire pit was a nice surprise.

This hotel was super clean staff were very friendly and nice we hope to stay here again as our next stay extremely satisfied!!

Then, on our last night, we woke up to a large roach sitting on the nightstand. Needless to say, that wasn’t the ending we were hoping for.

I like the fact that from the time I got to the hotel, the gentleman greeted me with the utmost respect. He was super helpful with the process. Once I got to the room it was clean and huge. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was seen throughout the area cleaning and helping residents. Free parking was also available.

Breakfast was good, room was very spacious. Fitness center was well equipped. Quiet, safe location. Easy access to the freeway.

Always have been a fan of the breakfast whenever I stay at these locations.

Staff is very friendly, they greeted us every time they saw us. Staff is also helpful, and the hotel is very clean as well. Overall I had a good experience, the only con I experienced is that we specifically booked this hotel because it has a pool and on the first day of our stay it was closed off. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t like that they only clean your room every other day . The halls needed a good vacuuming. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good .

Enjoyed our stay, it is a very nice hotel, i highly recomend it
