Breakfast was ok. Had one issue with cleanliness.

I liked the breakfast experience, self-service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Room temperature was great. AC was too noisy. Refrigerator was making weird noises.

It was mostly good, but the spa jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi, and no one checked in to see if we needed our trash emptied, or if we needed some trash liners or coffee for our room, and we stayed 3 nights, so two tiny trash cans with 2 small liners, for 3 nights obviously doesn’t do it.

Customer service is so professional and so helpful and very kindly

It nearly to the gas station and near to Burger King. The bed sheets cover was textured and lace which made it feel itchy

The room had a musty old smell, we had to ask for another room. That room had the smell but not as bad.

The room itself was decent, but the cleanliness was disappointing. There was hair on the restroom floor, and I found a used pimple patch stuck to the side of the shower. It made the room feel like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. I hope housekeeping pays closer attention to these details in the future.

The hotel experience was good. A good hot breakfast. The room was clean in general; there were some dirty areas (like the bedside table and the corner desk). The air conditioner was loud all night long.

Front desk Trache and Miracle were excellent, professional and met all my family’s needs! Breakfast was great, rooms spacious and clean! Perfect for my family size! N/A

breakfast buffet was good and had a variety to choose from. all the employees were very welcoming and helpful. I don't remember all their names but Damian, Danny,all the ladies in the breakfast Buffett and the other ladies in the front desk were all vey pleasant and helpful.. there are fast food and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. So once we were parked for the night , there was no need to use the car to grab a bit to eat for dinner. Carl's was right in front of the hotel, and there was an Indian Restaurant that was really good called Azaad. I believe there were other asian restaurants in the area. But not necessarily within walking distance. Area is very nice and quiet. Very near the Loma Linda University satellite campus. We booked a king suite and it was very specious but the bed!!! It was not very comfortable @ all!! OMG!! We were there for three days and my back was hurting!!I loved the area and everything else is superb , but that bed was not very kind to my body!!

We had a non carpet room, but the floor was dirty. There was some dried substance that I cleaned with my own clorox wipe, possibly dried spit? The room felt dirty after that. They stopped breakfast 30 min before it was supposed to end.
