This is the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in. There was human hair all over the floor and my boyfriend and I found 2 bugs in the room, they looked like roaches. We had to unpack and shake out everything before coming home. They offered to extend our stay or give us a $15 coupon off our next visit. No way would I want to stay here longer than necessary

Both times our rooms “looked” clean however that wasn’t the case. There was hair all over the floors of the bathrooms and sink areas. The floors probably hadn’t been mopped in atleast 1-2 weeks. I always bring my own cleaner and rags to ease my mind on the cleanliness of our room. When I sprayed cleaner on the floors and wiped it, my white rags were grey/black from the dirt on the floors. The picture I’ve attached was after I had already rinsed the rag and continued wiping the floors. So the floors were swept nor were they mopped. I question if the linens on the bed were even switched after the previous people has stayed there.

Like how only registered guests can be here and that they enforce that by having a security guard at night at the entrance. Everything was fine.

The receptionist upon arrival was rude. We didn't check in until 5 p.m. due to the room not being ready. There was no refrigerator or microwave. You have to upgrade to get those amenities. The restroom door would get stuck. It was okay for just passing through. Would not stay here again.

The location is great right off the freeway with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. They have security which is also a plus The receptionist upon arrival was rude.
