Did not have the rooms we requested available. Gave us smoking rooms instead. Tried to get a refund and was denied

In room 235 the lights didn’t work in half the room neither did the plugs and the toilet was always getting clogged easily.

I thought when I paid for Studio 6 price difference rather than booking Motel 6, I would get a better room. However, the room seemed to be the same as any other Motel 6 room, which was not in a good condition. The air filter in the room was so dirty that the smell was coming out when turning on the AC. I will say that what they lacked in cleanliness and amenities (no toiletries!), they made up with the staff who was helpful and accommodating to the best of their abilities. They did have someone come in and replace the air filter and they were pretty nice about the flexibility when checking out. Another plus, even though we didn’t use it, they did have a small pool that you could enjoy.

We did not have breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom door had about 6 nails sticking out along the side. (From top to bottom on the door knob side.))

I did not like my stay at all The room was dirty they put me around a bunch of loud people I couldn’t sleep the hole night told them about it and they did nothing about it so I ended up leaving that motel early in the Moring

I liked the price. it's a motel 6 so I wasn't expecting luxury. the flooring in the bathroom was badly water damaged and would move under your feet.
