Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites

Lastimosamente estuve 4 días, y solo el día que llegué el cuarto estaba impecable de limpio , Lastimosamente nunca más llegaron a limpiar . Todos los días cuando llegaba cansada tenía que pedir toallas para poder bañarnos

Clean, comfortable and affordable.

The room was terrible and smelled like throw up…had to have them change us rooms… so much riffraff around that I did not feel safe to go to the pool… the front desk was not there at her post for almost 30 minutes when we trying to check in and rude when she finally did come back.. I will never stay at another Best Western again considering this is the level of low standards that they have…

Breakfast is good .always room clean.

Nice staff, clean and nice hotel, good breakfast. There was a slight issue with the WiFi not working, but I hesitated to tell them (told them the next day and they fixed the problem right away). I loved my room, it was so spacious: loved the wet bar & the big soaking tub. Didn’t get to try the hot tub, bc I have a severe sunburn/second degree burn that is healing.. but I could see the jets work well and it has more room than other hotel hot tubs. I would definitely stay here again, thank you for my enjoyable stay!

The toilet was clogged took about four days for someone to come out and fix it the sink to brush your teeth. Has a very bad smell. It takes four days for someone to come clean your room. Overall breakfast is good. parking was always available .I wouldn’t go back there again.

Very nice pool, clean rooms, loved it.

The property is outdated and run down. The breakfast was not great. But the staff made up for it with their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to exceed expectations.

Room was clean and big. Receptionist was really helpful, as we needed to change one of the rooms.

Overall a good place to stay. Attracts all tracks of people. Next to a homeless shelter that makes it scary at times.

The hotel is nice however there was spiders in the room, the bathroom sink smelled like sewer when the hot water was running, the bedding had stains. On the other hand the staff was great the room is very spacious, the breakfast was always great and fully stocked.

The rooms need more attention Not really clean

The front desk person was super nice. She gave me a parking permit after I checked in and was very tired to walk back to the car . Room was clean.
