Motel 6 Corpus Christi, TX - East - North Padre Island

When it was time for bed and the comforter was removed, there was fresh sh*t smears on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund but said they don't provide those. When I asked for another room, he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for the premium room that was the only available that evening. SERIOUSLY?? Get your act together.

Propert was horrible dirty, trash everywhere drug presence just horrible

This is a dump. From prostitutes banging on the door at 5am to homeless drug addicts living behind the dumpster to drunken fights in the parking lot at 3am. It has it all. Rooms are run down and dirty. Towels are like sandpaper. Don’t walk, RUN away from this place.

Excellent for a short stay!

Rooms are a little small and only "suits" have fridge and microwave. The pool is nice and has a lot of sitting lounge. The property itself could use a good pressure washing but for a 60 dollar hotel room on 4th of July. We have a good time.

The motel overall was not clean or properly maintained. Mold was in the shower, didn’t have pillows, toilet paper or any soap upon arrival. Staff said they would bring these items to the room and never did. My mother’s room was without AC for the entire stay and staff did not attempt to fix the issue or provide a resolution.

Nothing ! We went to check in and the clerk said they are overbooked, so we drove 3 hours to stay there and had to drive back home.. 😡😡

It was very dated, very cheap, but the staff was nice. It’s a place to sleep, nothing luxurious.

Room was dirty. Pool was green. Grounds dirty. Wouldn’t stay again.

I love it there the employees are amazing. The manager amazing, Victor amazing just all of them are amazing.

Horrible stay. A/c was to loud and couldn’t sleep. Saw a few roaches through out the stay & at one point the water was turned off. Not good timing when coming back from the beach.

A decent stay for a nap and a good shower after fishing all day and night.

We usually book budget motels for our weekend fishing trips and have very basic expectations, but this place was a complete nightmare. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The owner clearly bought this property and refused to put any money into maintaining it. Motel 6 corporate should be ashamed to let this location use their name.The second we walked in, the room hit us with a heavy, disgusting smell of old cigarette smoke. The entire room was incredibly dirty. The sleeping conditions were awful. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom was just as bad, covered in visible mold and mildew.This place is a health hazard. Do not waste your money here, even for a quick fishing trip. Pass this location up and stay anywhere else.

Motel 6 corporate should be deeply ashamed to have their name on this franchise location. It is completely obvious that the owner bought this property and decided they were never going to put a single dime into maintaining or cleaning it.The overall state of the room was filthy. There was a massive gap in the door frame, which meant flies were constantly invading our room all weekend. The restroom was covered in mold and mildew. I have never stayed somewhere that when I showered, I still felt dirty.To top it all off, the bed frame was physically broken. When I pulled back the sheets to check the bed, a wasp-like insect flew out from underneath the covers.Do not stay here. Even for a bare-bones fishing trip, this place fails basic health and safety standards. Keep driving and find somewhere else.

very unprofessional and ill prepared.

This property from the beginning wasn't ready at 3pm as stated. I asked Alicia what would they do about the fact that our room wasn't ready and she said, “Nothing. We are short staffed!” She was rude and condescending. This is place is nasty and staff is disrespectful. Do not stay there.

My room didn’t have a microwave nor a fridge. The staff had taken all of our belongings out of the room over a miscommunication on their end. And respectfully all the staff that work there look like they are using drugs
