When we got there, they placed us in 4th floor and then the elevator is not working, no AC in the lobby. Water pressure is terrible

Not recommended at all . The pool is closed and they said it’s been closed for awhile and the hotel is extremely hot !

So avoid this place

The AC inside our room also didn’t work well. We had it set to 68°F, but the room was still very hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Overall, there were too many issues during our stay, and unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

To be honest, my experience wasn't good. First, I had booked a room with two beds, but when I arrived, none were available, so they gave me a room with a single king-size bed instead. I thought that would be the end of it, but when I got settled into my room (Room 202), I walked on the carpet near the window and found it completely soaked—the water extended all the way to the bed, which I found terrible. It’s a shame, because the hotel is nice but very poorly maintained; the elevator wasn't working, and the pool was closed.

Una estrella para este hotel es mucho, seré rápida, reserve una habitación con una cama king y me dieron una de dos camas queen, había una larga fila para chequear, la recepcionista super lenta, el lobby del hotel sin aire acondicionado, el elevador y los pasillos sucios, la piscina no funciona, la habitación desde que entré habían dos cucarachas muertas y encontré dos más vivas caminando hasta por encima del escritorio, la llave de la habitación no me abría la puerta y cada vez que me la arreglaban volvía a dejar de funcionar, además de que percibí varios clientes con el mismo problema de la llave, en el desayuno cuando fui solo había wafles y una larga fila para prepararlo también, en los platos de todo el mundo solo vi wafles y no desayuné. La por último el elevador se rompió y no lo arreglaron nunca más, una decepción total, 300 dólares pagué por las peores dos noches de mi vida que con las cucarachas no podía ni dormir del susto y el asco, no vayan a este hotel no es recomendable para nada

The property is in need of updating. The pool was closed due to repairs and would not be open until October. The smell in the room was very musty. The room needs repairs. We purchased an air freshener during our stay. There was no air conditioning in the entry to the hotel or in the hallways.

I checked in at 6:30pm, left my stuff in the room, went out, came back at 11:30pm. I jumped in the shower and when I moved the blankets on the bed, the sheets had drops of blood and hair on them, very dirty. I only covered them back up and placed my own blankets on top. My kid kept telling me she was getting bit but i didn't see what was biting her. The next morning I left the hotel at 6am, no one was in the front office so I couldn't tell them. I came back at 4:30pm and told the receptionist, she said she could only give me clean sheets and I had to change them myself. We went to the room, again my kid tells me she's getting bit, she had fleas on her. The room was infested with fleas on half the room. I went and told the receptionist and she gave me a different room. She never went up to check the room. The pool was closed and that was the main reason I reserved a hotel. When I asked the receptionist about it she said I could go to a public pool or the beach like everyone else.

My family and I have stayed at this location several times while visiting our daughter in college. This time the entrance/breakfast area was hot. The AC was broken and eating breakfast while sweating wasn’t it. The front desk clerk thought it was funny to argue with a guest and continued to say bye to him in different languages while laughing (she was on her phone the entire time on speaker). The pool was broken AGAIN it was last time too. The floors had not been vacuumed on the 4th floor and there were bits of trash all down the hallway. It’s always been a convenient stay for us but I will definitely reconsider this going forward.

Don’t trust the pictures! This property is run down & the upstairs halls & rooms smell like mildew! The pool hasn’t worked in months & they don’t seem to let anyone know this until they check in!

This hotel has serious safety and management issues. The property smelled strongly of drugs, and I witnessed what appeared to be prostitution-related activity with people repeatedly going in and out of rooms. The pool was closed and looked like it had been out of service for quite some time, yet this was not disclosed online when booking. The room listing also promised a hair dryer and iron, but neither was provided. The shower produced only a trickle of cold water. I called the front desk and received no answer. When I was ready to check out, no one was at the desk, so I left. Six hours later, the hotel called to ask when I planned to check out—which shows how poorly the property is being managed. The entire hotel was unbearably hot until we reached our room and turned on the air conditioning. The only positive was that our room appeared to be the cleanest part of the property, which is the only reason we stayed. This hotel could have potential, but it desperately needs new management, better communication, and major attention to guest safety and basic amenities. I would not stay here again.

Pool and hot tub were closed, AC wasnt working, bathroom door in room wouldnt lock, no toilet paper in room

The pool was closed, the room smells like damp water, mold in the shower, no maintenance available, internet didn't work couldn't watch TV, no other rooms available to switch. They said they were going to give me a credit on my rooms.

The AC didn’t not work in the lobby. Only one elevator worked and one exit door was freely opened for anyone to come in. The maintenance on the outside and carpets were stained and filthy. In the room, smelled like humidity and stink wouldn’t drain. Only 2 towels were placed with a party of 4 people. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

The room had a hole in the ceiling and wall. Other than that, we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and cold.

The pool didn’t work , super hot in the lobby , really cheap sheets, dirty carpets.

I killed 4 roaches in my room. Air condition is not working, no shampoo, soap, no clean towels, and nasty carpets.
