The AC didn’t not work in the lobby. Only one elevator worked and one exit door was freely opened for anyone to come in. The maintenance on the outside and carpets were stained and filthy. In the room, smelled like humidity and stink wouldn’t drain. Only 2 towels were placed with a party of 4 people. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

The room had a hole in the ceiling and wall. Other than that, we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and cold.

The pool didn’t work , super hot in the lobby , really cheap sheets, dirty carpets.

My room was broken into and things stolen out of it. I was advised someone else had a similar incident the same night. The pool was also out of order. A staff member was sleeping when we came in early in the morning. Nobody has contacted me about the incident after I was advised a manager would contact me. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Title: Poorly maintained and poorly managed — photos attached Two-night stay, July 24–26. Advertised but not delivered: Wi-Fi was nonfunctional the entire stay. Lobby air conditioning was not running — in Corpus Christi, in July. The pool was not accessible. None of it was disclosed at booking or at check-in. Condition: The elevator cab was heavily soiled. Corridor carpet had multiple set-in stains and debris. A wall corner had spalled to bare substrate and had clearly been that way a while. Worst was the floor tile — cracked at multiple tile centers with the grout blown out at the joints. I work in commercial construction, and that points to a substrate problem, not foot traffic. In one spot the joint has spalled open in a walkway. That is a trip hazard in a public path.

Pool was closed, laundry room was out of order, roof was leaking, and someone somehow unlocked our door and attempted to get in while we were sleeping although the security plate prevented entry and TV was outdated and inoperable. I was thanked graciously by the receptionist for checking out early 1 day into a 2 day stay. Rooms were okay is about the only good thing I can say unfortunately. Would definitely recommend lodging elsewhere even a tent for the price paid.

The stay was HORRIBLE. The lobby had no AC, so you were eating cold breakfast in the Texas heat. The pool had been closed since May. The carpet when I got off the elevator was disgusting. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned since hotel opened. The mattresses in the room looked like they had been dragged on their sides. The rooms did not resemble the pictures at all. The bed skirt was rusted and torn. There were marks on all the walls. I had to go down each day for towels. I had to go get a blanket cause we only had one blanket on one bed. The housekeeping came once to remove used towels and not replace them out of the three nights we were there. I was instructed to put the garbage outside of room. When I inquired about housekeeping, I was informed they only fix beds if asked to and only come in to clean every other day. The deadbolt didn't work and I was told I couldn't switch rooms because they were fully booked. I was informed that the electronic lock should be enough. Then to top it off our car was broken into. When I went to report it, I was told that they suggested we park in front lot. We were not told that and when we arrived the small front lot was full. When I asked about the cameras I was told by the front desk person she did not have access to them and they may or may not work. The staff does not care about their guests.horrible stay. On a positive note the very loud AC worked well.

The carpet in the hallways look like they had a frat party and never steam cleaned them. No where near like the pictures on the site. Room was clean and had A/C at least.

Clean room

We checked in and the hotel lobby was 90°. The pool has been broken for over a month. The continental breakfast was almost nonexistent. The lobby was dirty. The carpet in both of the rooms that I rented were sticky and nasty. Very very disappointed with this Windham hotel.

This place is horrible, dirty, pool has been down forever, did I say dirty? Lobby was inadequately cooled, just hanging by a thread.

Pool was closed, ice machine out of order, laundry machine out of order, staff some very helpful.

Was told pool was usable, when we arrived we found pool was closed in repairs. We reserved because of the pool as we had children that were expecting a pool. Requested a refund as they lied to me about pool. I had originally reserved 2 room for 2 days. They have only refunded me for 2nd day. They charged me for 1st night because I canceled the day of first stay. I canceled after they agreed through Expedia to refund me for both rooms for both nights. Otherwise I would have kept room as I do not have money to pay for a room I’m not going to use.

This place is under new management,Staff was nice , some issues was pool was unavailable due to construction, room was not clean found bed bugs , food left behind in the fridge, hallways and elevator hasn’t been cleaned in days , door frame was loose going in the bathroom and door entrance is the room had a broken latch,

The pool and hot tub were not functioning, no a/c on the first floor, the curtain in the room was not wide enough to cover the sunlight, there was a broken towel rack and the bed was extremely firm, breakfast was horrible. I honestly expected more since I was basing myself off of the pictures of the property. Definitely will not be returning.

Floor in room was wet from the a/c at the wall to 5-7 feet away. Pool was not operational. A/C in lobby was not operational. Breakfast was miserable in lobby. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hallway carpets smell like what you would expect from a dirty kid’s indoor playground. Stains all over them. Our bathroom had loose tiles and one had apparently been replaced at one point and they used way too much grout, so it was 1/3rd an inch higher then the rest and a foot in front of the toilet. So each night we both hurt our feet making our way to the restroom. The pool was also closed. The pictures are clearly from when the hotel first opened.

No hot water in my unit. Pool was out of order. There was a stinky diaper on the 3rd floor in front of the elevator for two days. The only thing that was good was the a/c in my unit. I had to decide if I wanted good a/c or hot water. I picked the a/c due to the fact that the lobby had no a/c. Breakfast was ok but the waffle mix was horrible.
