Great.

Room was great. The only complaint was that no rooms were ready after 3 pm check in. Luckily there are restaurants walking distance to kill time for an hour and an half until a room was ready as I was placed on a waitlist.

Arrived for check-in shortly after 5:00 p.m. my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. Evan at the front desk inform me that I could not check in. Stated that they did not have towels ready. That they cannot allow people to enter the room without towels because they provide negative reviews. I asked, why did I not get a phone call that I would not be able to check in until later time? His response was, they do not get a phone number when booking goes through hotels.com. I said okay, just cancel my reservation and I will go to another hotel. He said he couldn't do that. I asked, when will the room be ready? He said in 20 minutes. So I went out in the parking lot and contacted hotels.com. The phone number is useless. Connected to customer service through the chat. I requested that my reservation be canceled and the agent said, police hold while I call the hotel. The agent state did that the phone was picked up and then hung up. Then they made a second call in the phone was picked up but immediately placed on hold. So I went back into the lobby after 30 minutes. More excuses from Evan. I could hear a phone line beeping on hold in the background. I said please pick that phone up it is hotels.com attempting to cancel my reservation with you. He said no. Gave me the runaround. Said that phone call was something else. I said no it's not I am chatting customer support right now. My reservation was canceled. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay away

I stayed at this hotel recently and I strongly suggest being aware of bedbugs. I was genuinely shocked this is a Marriott property, and I couldn’t believe this was even possible. I reported the incident to the staff during checkout, yet I was not given any explanation or acknowledgment of how something like this could occur. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand

The property was clean and felt safe for a solo female traveller. While showing some wear and tear, it felt well worth the price.

It was a good stay. The front desk was very helpful. The food was good yet it could use more variety. One waffle maker is not enough for guest.

I stayed a full week for work I certainly will stay again

Traveled with family for a beach weekend...hotel was clean, room was spacious & comfy (sofa bed was included)...pool was nice and breakfast was good. Hotel is near lots of eating, shopping, etc. and right off freeway headed towards the island/beaches. We would definitely stay here again

I request to clean my room for 3 days in a row, and they didn’t do it. They cleaned at the 4th day. Also no shampoo, no towels and they took more than an hour to check in

Solo pude hospedarme una noche de 6 que reservé, no podía estar más sucio en general, no lo recomiendo ni para una noche

This hotel has a good breakfast but that’s about it. The trash bins all over the hotel are overflowing with trash. Towels were not provided during our two night stay because the washing machine was broken. I asked for toilet paper and it was never brought to our room. I would not recommend this hotel.

I’ve never been to a hotel when the carpeting is cleaned while we stayed there. I thought there was some wet spill in a room down the hall. However, when we returned from a wedding, there was a tag on our door stating that our carpeting had been cleaned while we were out. We were not informed ahead of time that someone would be entering our private space to clean the carpet. We don’t ask for housekeeping in general if we stay two nights, so we had shoes on the floor which could have been ruined. One morning we waited an hour and a half for body wash to be delivered. I had to go to the front desk twice. Then I looked on another floor for the housekeeper who apologized profusely that we had waited so long. She came to our room later to deliver tiny bars of soap. She said the entire hotel had no more body wash. She was very sweet and kind and smiled beautifully. I didn’t lose my temper. I was okay with bar soap. Our bathroom wall paint was peeling badly. No maintenance like for months. Marriott is normally a very nice hotel chain. I was very disappointed.

Later, when we were checking out, I was told that they tried charging a parking fee of $15 for no real true reason. Thankfully, they removed it. Breakfast was really good during the weekend, and the potatoes were awesome. Overall, things were good, but the mold and late check-in of 2+ hours after check-in time were disappointing. Beds were clean, but the shower head and sink faucet were in rough shape.

Mala experiencia.

Everything was great but you could improve coffee and breakfast a little. Other than that we enjoyed it.

First thing the room wasn't ready until close to 6pm. We expected a room with king size bed and pull out couch and there was no couch. There was never any coffee available. And the had nats by the coffee and creamer.

Great location and clean rooms.
