This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The entire night was a nightmare, and I left feeling exhausted, disappointed, and embarrassed that I had booked this property. Odor: The strongest issue was the unbearable stink/odor. It was present everywhere—inside the room, bathroom, balcony, and common areas. The smell was so strong that breathing normally was difficult. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. Cleanliness: The property was extremely dirty. The floors, bathroom, and overall room condition were far below any reasonable hotel standard. Amenities/Maintenance: Several advertised amenities were either not working or poorly maintained. In my friend's room, the central light did not work and the bathtub was not draining properly. We checked in around midnight, and when we reported the issues, the front desk offered to send someone to fix them at that time of night rather than providing a reasonable alternative. Noise: My room faced the street, and traffic noise was so loud that I could barely sleep. I cannot comment on the back-facing rooms, but the room I received was extremely noisy. Overall condition: The balconies and exterior also gave the property a very poor appearance, with clothes hanging out to dry and guests smoking outside. I genuinely do not understand how this property is represented on Expedia. After this experience, my trust in Expedia's hotel listings has been seriously damaged.

Nothing worked in the room all of the lamp shades we tilted looked like they were about to fall the sink didn’t drain the the toilet didn’t flush

I honestly o do not recommend it at all very dirty and fell unsafe due to a lot of homeless people walking around

And their so-called cold free breakfast was supposed to offer coffee and juice and the juice machine was broken

Me asignaron una habitación que estaba en pésimas condiciones, incluso tuve que pedir el cambio. Y en la segunda la única diferencia era que las camas estaban hechas, pero el piso sucio, espejos manchados y muebles llenos de tierra. Adjunto fotos de referencia

2) towels were thin, gray and stained. Walls were dirty, light fixtures were broken or rigged to work. Pillows were old. Bed blankets had holes room also had mold. 3) small roches found in the rooms- total 7. and I found one in my bag driving home. 4) property had disclaimer.If they found any sand beach in the rooms or in the tub, there would be a $250 extra damage charge. After being at the beach all day we just wanted to relax. it was just for the night we decided to ruff it out. But definitely not staying or recommending this place.

We arrived to the motel finding it not looking as in does in the pictures. Once we got to our room, lights did not work upon entry, the bathroom sink had toothpaste in it, the toilet was dirty, the sheets were stained with white spots, one bed had no comforter, we did not stay there for our two nights reserved due to the filthiness of the motel. It was disturbing. I would not recommend to anyone. I also did a non-refundable room which was my loss but for the sake of my children’s health we left. They did not want to sit on the beds. After leaving to walk outside, someone was smoking non cigarette items. Stay away from even if on a budget.

Terrible hotel I don’t recommend

Staff are smoking while changing our bed sheets and “ cleaning the rooms “ my husband had to ask for cleaning supplies and new bed sheets so our kids wouldn’t have to walk on a dirty floors and smelly sheets . Everything about it was disgusting , found mold in the corners of the room and to top it off , baby roaches !
