Great ac The staff is amazing

We arrived to the motel finding it not looking as in does in the pictures. Once we got to our room, lights did not work upon entry, the bathroom sink had toothpaste in it, the toilet was dirty, the sheets were stained with white spots, one bed had no comforter, we did not stay there for our two nights reserved due to the filthiness of the motel. It was disturbing. I would not recommend to anyone. I also did a non-refundable room which was my loss but for the sake of my children’s health we left. They did not want to sit on the beds. After leaving to walk outside, someone was smoking non cigarette items. Stay away from even if on a budget.

Terrible hotel I don’t recommend

Staff are smoking while changing our bed sheets and “ cleaning the rooms “ my husband had to ask for cleaning supplies and new bed sheets so our kids wouldn’t have to walk on a dirty floors and smelly sheets . Everything about it was disgusting , found mold in the corners of the room and to top it off , baby roaches !

Front desk staff friendly and helpful, except Sunday morning, she was not helpful when I requested milk for coffee. Room appeared clean, floors were dirty, dark dirt left on feet/socks from bathroom to bed, less than 6 steps. Mildew in closet/ microwave/fridge. They were off but why leave them in the room? Ac leaking in bathroom and next to bed. Coffee watery...

First of all, after we checked in, they provided us with the keys (cards) for our room, for which they did not work. We let them know about the situation and were provided with different keys for a different room. Once we went inside the room we saw the room was in very poor condition. The room had not been cleaned, the toilet was dirty, the bedding was stained and also had a foul odor, everything in the room was very unsanitary. We immediately were unsatisfied and decided to not stay anymore in the hotel and look for elsewhere to stay. The guy at the reception area was understanding and was the only okay thing of the hotel. We were not able to be provided a refund due to the purchase being on expedia but will recieve refund for the deposit fee.

Towels were dirty and wet. The bathroom was filthy. Drain clogged. No toilet paper. Smoke detectors broken. Lamps broken. Mirror and floors dirty. We were also told don’t bring Sand inside or $150.00 charge we are literally on the beach that’s impossible if they find any sand anywhere it’s a charge. On top of what you pay it’s a 50.00 deposit and nothing but homeless hanging outside the hotel.

This place was trash. The room was dirty. Mold was seen on the ceiling and on the walls. The comforters were also dirty and had holes. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair in the tub, hair balls on the floor, towels left on the counter. The room smelled like skunk or marijuana. The AC was on 60 and it was so humid in the room. There was trash in the wall ways. The pool looked like a swap and the lawn hadn’t been maintained at all. The manager only offered to have the room cleaned and fresh linen replaced but even the linen looked like it hadn’t been washed or cleaned. This place is trash. It was out first time staying here and the last time. The city of Corpus Christi will be getting a call from me on Monday morning. This place is not suitable to be open for business. Avoid staying at this place by all means necessary. I’d rather sleep in my car than to EVER STAY HERE again!

Very dirty

Ac was broke, mold on the walls and ceiling of the room and multiple roaches inside the room. We ended up leaving as soon as we got in the room

During my family's stay last weekend, we were shocked to find a bullet hole, no trash receptacle, the bottom quarter of the door missing from the bathroom as it had been kicked in, a disgusting bathroom that had NOT been wiped down, dirty towels, stained bath mats, plaster peeling from the walls, visible mold on the ceilings, a non-functioning room phone, broken television, and last but not least, moldy pillows that housekeeping had forgotten to put covers on. Never mind the lovely people that were blocking the stairs when we were trying to get to our room or the green pool. When my husband walked into the lobby to address what was wrong, multiple couples were shouting at the desk crew trying to get their money back. It was extremely tense and the police were called, but there was nothing they could do. My husband finally asked for pillowcases and clean towels. The pillow covers were fished out of a laundry bin in front of us, then he was given a stack of stained bath mats instead of towels. We were traveling with our young son, and did our best to stick it out since we couldn't get our money back. I had to turn on white noise bc of the party crowd that showed up around 11. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

I could be very critical and picky, I will skip that and simply say I will not stay there in the future.

0/5 stars-DO NOT RECOMMEND!! When I parked and went to my room, there was trash everywhere, on the stairs, on the balconies, just everywhere. I opened my door and not 1, but 3 roaches fell on my arm. There was hair all over!! The tub looked like someone had gotten a haircut in it. The tub also didn’t drain. There was someone else’s used, dirty washcloth also hanging on the shower curtain. The sink had hair and toothpaste in it. The toilet had hair in it. There was hair all over the floor. There was no toilet paper at all. Even the tube to hold it was missing in the holder on the wall. There was not a single trash can in the room or bathroom. The floors were disgusting. There was trash behind both beds and behind the door and in the drawers of the dresser. The room smelled like smoke. The smoke detector had been ripped off of the wall and put in a drawer along with the trash. There were roaches crawling in and out of the main door all night long. I have videos and pictures of all of this. There was supposed to be an iron in the closet, the holder was there, but no iron to be found. This was a disgusting experience. There were people outside talking loudly and trying to sell me sunglasses at 1:30 am too. I’m just really hoping that the sheets were actually clean. I did pull them back and check for roaches and didn’t see anything. I did not use the pool or even want to try their breakfast so I do not know about those 2 things. Don’t run, sprint away from this disaster! So bad!!

Terrible, disgusting rooms. Unhelpful staff. Dead roaches, flat yellow pillows without cases, mold in the rooms, red splatter on the walls. Don’t waste your money. Look elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures! The pool is green and swampy! There is mold all over the ceiling and walls. Was offered a cleaning service but you can’t just clean off mold.

The pictures posted online are false. Pool is green and not swimmable. The breakfast includes toast and coffee. There are exposed wires in the room and limited lighting. The room smelled of mildew and mold. The AC unit was not working, it was set at 60 yet it felt more like 75.
