Hotel Palm Bliss Corpus Christi South

The room smelled like heavy mold and mildew, the sheets and blankets smelled like every homeless person in corpus has been wiping their ass with it. The floors were so dirty that my son’s feet were BLACK after taking a few steps. The manager sunny is money hungry and needs every dollar to keep that shit hole open so he refused a refund and even refused to look at the refund email booking sent him. Booking is even refusing me a refund. The headboard had a handprint on it so that tells me every street walker in corpus has been ran through in that hotel. The ice machine had a nasty white and yellow crust around where the ice comes from. And the housekeepers don’t know how to properly clean to save their lives. The toilet wasn’t anchored in right and the towels were dirty. There was even old soap from a previous person stuck to the bathtub and there’s only one trashcan in the room. My 5 year old is disabled and has health problems and that room was a major health and safety hazard and we had to leave QUICK before it would’ve turned into a trip to the ER for him. Also, the property is so sketchy and so is everyone staying there. My car would’ve been broken into the first night.

Location Bad smell and has roaches

Sense I booked online for a pet friendly and a smoking room,when I got there I got charged more money cause I didn't use their personal website to book the room so instead of only paying $134.00 after they charged more I ended up paying $235.00

Everything. This place is false advertisement. The pictures on the website are complete opposite of what the actual property looks like

Location was good, staff was nice, and fixed the issues quickly. Property poor maintenance, door had mold all over it, roaches in the room, mold in the closet, nasty smell in the room. Swimming pool was disgusting

It took over 1 hour after checking for me to get a room that was still below minimum standards. Two of the rooms had no housekeeping dirty linen food in the refrigerators hair on the walls and the drains dirty sinks and mirrors and roaches. The pool looks like a swamp.

They said it had continental breakfast but they only had coffee.

Nothing it was filthy TV did not work no microwave no refrigerator

I couldn't bring myself to enter the room. There was trash all over the parking lot. Hotel ask for 50 dollars deposit and if there was any sand in the room or in the shower, there would be a $250 charge. Additionally to fifty dollar deposit

Did not stay. Room was not cleaned, beds not made, trash in room. Gave us 2nd room and bed was not made. Worst experience I have had at a hotel. Did not stay and need a refund.

The room was filthy, stunk, dirty , stained sheets, roaches and disgusting. We didnt stay in that hotel room as it was non refundable we just left and went and checked into another hotel . Totally disgusting!!!!

Not really anything to like. Poor service, no soap, shampoo or other items in the room. Room didn't cool properly. Beds were hard. Not clean.

Room was full of mold/mildew. Stunk like mildew also and visible hair on the bathroom floor/tub. Cleaning people are terrible at cleaning/prepping the rooms. Never coming to this place again. Also, the pool is dirty and seriously needs landscape maintenance. Absolutely disgusting Everything including housekeeping, management, and especially maintenance

You had water down coffee, no orange juice. All you had for breakfast was toast bagels that was it. so we had to climb stairs, no elevator the swimming pool was green and I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody
