Pet friendly and smoking rooms Sense I booked online for a pet friendly and a smoking room,when I got there I got charged more money cause I didn't use their personal website to book the room so instead of only paying $134.00 after they charged more I ended up paying $235.00

Location was good, staff was nice, and fixed the issues quickly. Property poor maintenance, door had mold all over it, roaches in the room, mold in the closet, nasty smell in the room. Swimming pool was disgusting

Room wasn't bad. They said it had continental breakfast but they only had coffee.

Nothing. Do not stay here the photos are totally misleading this place is unsanitary and unsafe. There's no management available and the front desk office is very rude. It took over an hour and I never was able to get acceptable accommodations and had to cut my stay short because the room was uninhabitable. There's no way for you to get a refund as it is at the discretion of the property booking.com was of no assistance to me. Their customer service team told me there's nothing they could do to help though my family was unsafe and the property was unwilling to help. He threatened to call the police on me for harassment simply for asking for a refund. It took over 1 hour after checking for me to get a room that was still below minimum standards. Two of the rooms had no housekeeping dirty linen food in the refrigerators hair on the walls and the drains dirty sinks and mirrors and roaches. The pool looks like a swamp.

Nothing it was filthy TV did not work no microwave no refrigerator

I couldn't bring myself to enter the room. There was trash all over the parking lot. Hotel ask for 50 dollars deposit and if there was any sand in the room or in the shower, there would be a $250 charge. Additionally to fifty dollar deposit

Did not stay. Room was not cleaned, beds not made, trash in room. Gave us 2nd room and bed was not made. Worst experience I have had at a hotel. Did not stay and need a refund.

Not really anything to like. Poor service, no soap, shampoo or other items in the room. Room didn't cool properly. Beds were hard. Not clean.

Room was full of mold/mildew. Stunk like mildew also and visible hair on the bathroom floor/tub. Cleaning people are terrible at cleaning/prepping the rooms. Never coming to this place again. Also, the pool is dirty and seriously needs landscape maintenance. Absolutely disgusting Everything including housekeeping, management, and especially maintenance

The room was filthy, stunk, dirty , stained sheets, roaches and disgusting. We didnt stay in that hotel room as it was non refundable we just left and went and checked into another hotel . Totally disgusting!!!!
