Check in staff was amazing. Room AC was not working very well, room never cooled off and had an odor. To be fair, I stay here frequently and it’s the first time it’s happened. Room was very clean and with a fan blowing on my face, made it through the night. I’ll give them a mulligan this time. If I have a similar experience next time, I’m finding another economy hotel in the area.

Beds are ok but Olds smell mody. I will not recommend to stay this hotel

Every thing Good

froze the whole time, if you turned the air down everything got wet from condinsation

When we got there room felt humid and floor was sticky it was cooling it took the first day to go away.

Clean area- kitchenette not fully equipped but appliances work.

The photos are deceiving. Everything looks a lot better online than what it is. The room and restroom was dirty. There was chips left behind on the beds, hair, etc. There is also roaches in the room/restroom. Doesn’t really look like the rooms were actually cleaned at all. Very thankful we were able to get out of here the following morning and get a room somewhere else.

Ok for a over night stay but not more than that

We did not stay. Upon check in we went to room where we found mold on walls, curtains, chairs and bed covers. It was absolutely disgusting. I was issued a full refund.

Everything was good and organized.

The other thing I will mention, and this wasn't the fault of the staff or the hotel. They have signs up about it. But dont forget things in the bed of your truck. Chances are they wont be there in the morning.

The only thing that could use some changes would be the showers, water goes everywhere when one is showering and the shower head could be better if it could be adjusted.

The stovetop didn’t work at all and the refrigerator didn’t get cold at all only the freezer

The room smelled. After checking in, someone just unlocked the door and came. No knocking. He said he was maintenance to check the room. We left and we to another hotel. We did get charged for that night though.

First time staying here. Nice, cool, clean and comfortable. The only thing that was somewhat frustrating was that our kitchen did not have any kitchen utensils and cookware. When we went and asked they told us they only provided them for longer stays, I was advertised a room with a kitchen so it makes no sense not to receive these things. I still rated highly because when we asked, they gave us what we needed. Just a little inconvenient.
