Everything seems new and well placed No cleaning room service if you dont stay for at least a week

Check in was very easy, no issues, as I chose to pay when arriving. When getting to the second floor, after exiting the elevator, there was a strong smell of some type of odor that was unbearable (gas/garlic). I went down to talk to the front desk front desk and she went upstairs to check and told me there was about 5 Indian families that were staying on that floor and that the smell was caused by cooking Indian food. Rooms on the second floor are being remodeled, construction cones outside the door. Later on that evening I went to take a shower and noticed that the curtain cloth was very molded at the bottom, not good. Beds were not that comfortable. Pillows were good. Room was clean. Room cost $106 for a Saturday check-in & checkout Sunday it could have been worth $70 at the most for staying here.

The facilities were very comfortable. Clean, and the Customer Service was very good. The only thing I did not like was the water pressure in the shower. It was very low, so her Shower. It’s not a very comfortable, relaxing feature due to that water pressure.

Staff was very friendly when we arrived. And explain all the details about our stay. The smoke detector went off at around 6:30am which woke us up Front desk clerk had a hard time resetting it and turning it off. Took almost 20 minutes by then we had lost our sleep.

Location Sink was full of hairs and there was a dirty sock.

Room was clean, shops were near by, staff was helpful. Would stay here again.

Close to main street. Humidity collected in room and damaged my wife’s phone and ruined our clothes.

I was suppose to have a microwave in a mini fridge at least. I was told because it was booked through a third-party that I didn't get the refrigerator or microwave was very disappointing. Had no place to put my anything if I would've known this I would've stayed somewhere else. They said I was on the motel side, not the hotel studio side, and it could only be booked by them directly still was charged as if it was the studio.

From the moment I arrived I felt safe. Need room key to enter building or front desk clerk opens door for you. Building is clean from outside and inside was orderly, nice scent and clean. Room was a bit warm when I went in but a/c worked so fast in no time room was cold. Bathroom was perfectly clean ADA was super helpful to have. Overall highly recommend this place.
