The staff is rude and charged extra for nothing

Apparently, the humidity in my room was so high that it left a sheen on the clothes I had hung up. Also, the door to the bathroom is warped, and won't close, for the same reason.

Great place to stay

Welcoming and smiling front desk. Mr. Pratham and Ms Crystal Central location to move around the town. Lots of restaurants around. Ample parking slots.

No breakfast

Did not try the breakfast ? I’m sure it be delicious if I did ; Room service : more towels : all and all it was an ok stay : no complaints : we had fun

The area was convention for my stay rooms were clean . First night the air conditioning was making a loud noise and didn’t get enough sleep. So requested for a different room for my other stay the lady at the disk was very understanding and found me another room . The air conditioner in that room was a lot more quiet and enjoyable.

Cleaning staff was rude. Room was small

The smell in the room was not it but overall everything was good

Property was clean, staff were. Ice. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Pillows were just as horrible.

Friendly staff I was in room 109 the headboard had termites, check in around 12 noon took a nap and didn't notice till early morning.left at 4:30am

They emptied the trash and replaced the towels. Bed was fine, toilet and shower worked. No ventilation, everything was moist, including the floor. The floor was dirty and needed to be at least swept. Probably mopped too since the floor was wet almost the entire time. TV didn't have the channels listed on the paper provided. We weren't made aware that it now costs extra to have a fridge and microwave until the room had already been booked and we were at the facility. The prices for the washer and dryer were unnecessarily high. Staff could have been more professional. The pool was inaccessible. It was not quiet during the designated quiet times, including dogs barking late at night.

They are always happy employees they greed you as you walk in help you all the way through

Breakfast only coffee. That is very poor.
