Don’t know why they are charging me they gave my room away and they told me they were sold out

I gave most everything a 5-star rating as the hotel itself was great. The beds were super comfy. The one problem was our AC unit either wasn’t working correctly as the room and the bedsheets felt moist from the humidity in the room. This is why I gave it a 3-star overall. Terrible night sleep.

Amazingly clean, professional front desk attendants, and safe neighborhood.

Dirty towels from previews guest , dirty floor and they ended up cancelling our reservation at 10:30 pm while my daughter was going to play a tennis tournament next morning

For the property to be fairly new they could've invested a little bit more money on mattresses. Couldn't find any comfort in sleeping.

I enjoyed the staff tremendously! When I checked in (June 26th) , the gentleman working the desk was amazing. The lobby was very busy with multiple people checking in, guest asking questions and customers on the phone. He handled everyone with excellent customer service and professionalism. He acknowledged everyone including those on the phone and systematically and effectively handled all respective requests. He was a model professional!

This place is beautiful. It looks brand new. Staff saw me struggling with 3 bags and helped carry them to downstairs to the lobby. I will def b staying there on my next visit.

Just ok. Expensive for just a very plain room. Final floor tiles what cracked and chipped and had sharp edges in our room. Lots of damage to the vinyl tiles in the elevator as well.

Staff and parking

Our room stunk like pee. they could only spray something on the carpet, it did not help. Would not let us change rooms, could only get a refund. Never again.

However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room upon arrival. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The restroom and shower area were dirty, the carpet had not been properly maintained, and there were visible cleanliness concerns with the walls. Overall, the room gave the impression that it had not received a proper cleaning. The linens and towels were the only areas that appeared to be clean. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but the condition of the room did not meet the expected standards for cleanliness.

We travel with our puppies. The deposit was a large amount, but most of it is refundable. It was quiet.

Water pressure was an opportunity. All else was good 👍
