Our room was not properly cleaned. Trash let behind under sink. Dusty everywhere, hair of other people were caught and left on Mirror and tables. Safety pins were left on bottom of end table in main room. Mosquitos or something were flying everywhere. A huge brown spider in shower on my Bathe towel when I got up in the morning and was going to take a shower, and I felt grossed out. We questioned quickly if our bed was even cleaned and placed with new clean sheets. We were VERY disappointed.

Room was clean, amenities were clean. Staff was helpful and had activity recommendations!

Our room however was a bit different of a story. We checked in and dropped our things, not spending much time in the room until we got back later in the evening and realized that the light switch in the bathroom sparked every time we turned it on. Under the window area of the room, the carpet was soaked, like a puddle. As a joke, I actually splashed my husband because there was literally standing water on a whole 4x6 foot patch of the floor. I went to call the front desk, only to realize the phone didn’t work. We didn’t complain but just moved on and went to bed. The room has the overwhelming scent of an industrial air freshener and I wonder now if that was just due to the water issue or purposeful. The beds were comfortable enough, and the bathroom/room was fine aside from the standing water, electrical sparking and non working phone. We won’t stay here again, and all this could be fixed with some maintenance. We did tell the front desk at checkout, and they wrote it down but didn’t seem overly concerned.

The hotel was clean but is in need of some updating. Staff was kind at check in and checkout. We didn't have time to try the breakfast but smelled yummy!

Looks nothing like the pictures , bad smell , no free breakfast , no ice , small pool , ceiling looked like it was going to fall

Janie was fabulous. Took great care of us. Place was clean and well run.

Front window was boarded up, other signs of deferred maintenance. Room felt very humid, clammy. No room service the entire stay, no bar service on Saturday night. Staff seemed shorthanded.

the bed was hard the pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. the restroom stunk like backed up sewage.

The room was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable!

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests.

Breakfast Dirty and the staff wasn’t nice

The location was tucked away from freeway.Hotel was close to restaurants and retail shops and mall.My check in and check out process was very smooth. The hotel was a bit dated.

Property was filthy. Carpets are disgusting, outside smells. It was a horrible experience. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.
