The room was clean. Pool was beautiful. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was yummy and lots of options. Staff was nice and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Nice comfortable stay.

Everything was great. Good breakfast, good room, nice space, great bathroom, great help and staff. Only issue was cleaning maintenance did not clean room right the first time, they left everything dirty and only made the bed and gave new towels. so just I cleaned myself. That’s the only bad thing I could say. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is convenient to highway. The property is located near lots of eateries. Breakfast is not very good - runny eggs and soggy potatoes. Bathroom needed some attention - paint chipped on ceiling and some faint rust in the tub/shower. Biggest challenge was short shower curtain which created lots of water on the bathroom floor which had to be covered with towels. The front desk offered to give us a longer curtain but with college move-in, just too tired to handle it.

Staff was excellent , room very good, breakfast good with many options. Our only gripe was that we arrived prior to 3:00 check in and were told the room was ready. However, we were told in order to check in early we would need to pay an additional $50. this made no common sense to us so we went for lunch and came back at 3:00. We believe it is unfair to your staff to put the burden on them to explain this to the guest as they check in. It really is terrible marketing and puts a stain on what otherwise was a pleasant experience. Could this be because we booked with Expedia a third party and not direct?

Housekeeping not so good. stayed for four nights. One day I received no services at all. Room was freezing; thermostat did not work. Notified property and it was fixed.

Breakfast was included and staff very friendly The pool is very bleachy

Exceptional

It was super hot in lobby, halls, elevators and breakfast area. Our room was not cleaned after our first night there, I had to notify front desk and was told others had same issue.

Location was great. Even though we reached at 4 pm, an hour after check in time, the room was not ready and we had to wait 20 minutes at the reception. Other than this, the stay was excellent, and staff was awesome.
