Friendly felt very safe

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, helpful staff and great breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

Location Jets for hit tub out of service most of stay. Bed a little in comfortable.

It was a great experience.

It was in a great location, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. I found the toilet seat to be very low. A grab bar would have been helpful.

The folks at the hotel were great, but our room wasn't read when we arrived (3:30pm) and were told it would be ready in 1/2 hour. It took 45 minutes to get the room ready. Because of this, we were late to the wedding we were in town for. Apparently some kind of hotel audit was happening. Regardless, it was very disappointing to not have our room ready when we arrived.

Everything was clean and felt modern, even though i know it’s not a new property. The breakfast didn’t match the look and feel of the hotel. Specifically, the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery; the absence of real maple syrup; the only egg option was the egg white omelette. Separately, my check-in, after 3 pm, was delayed twenty minutes or so until a room could be ready. I had specifically requested an early check-in (2 pm).

the ran out of oatmeal halfway through breakfast and didn't make more. They should anticipate higher volume during Labor Day weekend.

Front desk night staff very rude and unprofessional

Room had a smell when we walked in.

Absolutely worst stat of my life. Rude and useless staff. First day two fire alarms went off in evening requiring all guests to exit hotel. Bathtub leaked into bathroom floor. No working fan in bathroom. Guests parading around in underwear in hallway. Strange people lurking near elevators at night. Trash left by guests in hallway. Empty bottles pizza boxes. I would recommend others not to stay there. The landscaping outside is nice but contrasts with the horrors inside this hotel. Staff should be replaced. They absolutely don’t care!!!

Fire alarms went off twice which was very disruptful to our trip especially the night before moving our daughter into college. The room is also sticky and humid with no shower fans.

Everything was nice breakfast was good pool and jacuzzi was awesome
