It was super hot in lobby, halls, elevators and breakfast area. Our room was not cleaned after our first night there, I had to notify front desk and was told others had same issue.

Location was great. Even though we reached at 4 pm, an hour after check in time, the room was not ready and we had to wait 20 minutes at the reception. Other than this, the stay was excellent, and staff was awesome.

Superb

Safe area with restaurants and stores around. Very string chlorine smell in the pool area. So bad it hurt your eyes. Not comfortable at all. The $1000 hold is very excessive for a hotel like this. Will never stay at a place with that hold again.

Didnt like the fact that the complimentary coffee station was always incomplete. Coffee was empty one evening, no lids on another, no hot cocoa mix one evening and when we asked the girl at the front desk, she said they were out but they were filled first thing in the morning. Lets face it, She just couldnt be bothered to grab some for us so we walked to Dunkin. All and all a decent stay but its the little things that count!

I like staycations for the pool and hot tub and the sense of being away. Didnt like the fact that the complimentary coffee station was always incomplete. I liked the breakfast

hoard the bagels. Ariana, the receptionist who signed us in was rude, con- descending and totally unhelpful. There were no materials available re activities or places to visit in the area not evena local map. This venue is more like a motel than a hotel. Other than sitting in your room, there is no indoor or outdoor space to sit and relax or read.

positives: The room was clean and big enough for out needs. The whirlpool was large and wonderful. Negatives: toilet backed up they came and plunged it however it back up soon after and kids weee in bed so coul not call for maintence again I told the staff at front deak when checking out and I got an “ok”. I wish they had at least apologized for it but other than that the hotel was a good fit. Unfortunately a softball tean took over the pool area and the adults were drinking alcohol and soon it became unbearably loud

I thought the staff was very good and friendly, and it was easy to access everything in the building. I thought that the odds and ends they had for food sale in the hallway were really unhealthy. Just candy and junk. At least have Kudo bars, oat bars, pretzels, sliced cheese packs, and crackers all a bit healthier. I also thought that the breakfast was not as healthy as I would like as well. I ate the oatmeal and the hard-boiled eggs, but they should definitely have cereal without sugar as an option. They only had sugar cereals. The coffee tea area was fine. I didn’t have any waffles, but I saw people make those.
